First time ever visit with hubby. We both ordered the steak special. 8 oz sirloin, choice of potatoes do soup or salad for $10.99. We didn’t have high expectations for the quality of the steak but we were dfinately very wrong! The steak was great! As was the cheesy and baked potato and our salads. We arrived during happy hour so drafts were just $2. The service was great and we enjoyed our table on the patio. Can’t wait to go back.

Kudos to Caspers staff for making my retirement party this past week a rousing success. The food was delicious and the service staff was terrific. About 60-70 attended, and everyone raved about the service and food. It was great to have a party the biggest concern was what to do about leftovers. Thanks for helping make this a special celebration!

We had outstanding food and service! And the Christmas decorations were gorgeous!! We were here in November celebrating our Anniversary, we had a fantastic meal then as well. We got engaged here 17 years ago this past November. We keep coming back because the wait staff and food is better than anyplace else!

Great food, great service, great deals, great environment. Best bar in the Eagen area. Prime rib special on Saturday is one of the best things I've ever ate. Would give it 6* if I could!

I have been looking for a new onion ring place since Burger Jones closed during covid. (RIP!) Casper's is a worthy replacement! Crunchy, flavorful, and as big as the appetizer plates they are served on. I will go back for the onion rings alone. My party of 3 each had the same entree for dinner, so I can't speak to the variety on the menu, but the Firehouse burger and fries were good all around. The BBQ sauce has a bold flavor and the burgers were well cooked to preference. I am a stickler for good service, and I was admittedly wary walking in. It was on the late side, it was pleasantly busy (for a Monday night), and it seemed to be 2 bartenders keeping the whole place going. But we got drinks and refills (unasked for!) quickly; our food arrived quickly, and I didn't have a single complaint! I've driven past this place countless times, and am really glad we finally stopped in!

One of the best dining experiences I've ever had, our server, Teresa, sorry if that's misspelled, was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and warm. I had the bone in rib eye which I recommend highly. Cooked to perfection and absolutely amazing. Overall just a wonderful dining experience. Can't wait to come back!

Previously I used to go to the Cherokee Sirloin Room on Smith Ave. I was never disappointed in that place. Not one time in many times there. (I lived in other parts of the country and used to go there while visiting family here) The Steak of the Decade, which became the Steak of the Millennium was one one of the best steaks anywhere in the US. Once that location closed and they completely moved to Eagan, I was still impressed by the service and the quality of the food. I probably went to this location 3 or 4 times before the pandemic. Unfortunately, I went there a couple of months ago and the place seemed a bit less cared for than in the past. The food was still very good. The service was also not bad. Unfortunately the tables seemed a bit sticky and dirty. The whole place just seemed a bit off from where it was before the pandemic. I am assuming the pandemic is the cause of this, so I will certainly go back again. After all, I had been going to one location or the other close to once a year since 1984 or so. Now that I have moved back here after retiring I am really hoping in my heart that they will be back to their high quality and cleanliness that I always expected and was never disappointed in previous years.

Excellent food and service was amazing. Salad was very good and very fresh. Nice combination of vegetables and very good dressing. Walleye was very good and the fillet was very large. Steak was done perfectly and delicious. Food was served quickly and waitress was very attentive. Excellent meal all around, will be back.

Friday Fish fry was one of the best we've been to in a while. There is all you can eat shrimp scampi and walleye fingers or just the walleye 4 piece. It comes with choice of potato and a nice side salad, bread and butter. The atmosphere was great, service awesome, and we got in no problem with reservations. We will be back!

Every time I've been there food was great. And I'm a picky person. I have not tried the whole menu but I do recommend the steak or burgers. I prefer them on the grill or smoker. However it still was good and cooked to my desire medium rare steak and medium burger. Service is always excellent for me. I do wear a big cowboy hat so I'm kind hard to miss though lol. Atmosphere is awesome on Friday night they have the best karaoke guy I have seen and he has almost any song you could think of. All in all a great place for food dine in take out or delivery through door dash. I could not recommend this place more.
