Looked for a Sushi place between myself and daughter. We decided to choose this one. It’s in a small strip mall and wasn’t quiet sure about it. No keep in mind this re ire is written about a year after going there. But I will tell you I would go again if I lived closer. The place didn’t have many people but they appeared to be regular customers and that’s always a good sign.
There was a menu board as you walked in with the daily specials and one caught my eye.
There were 3 of us and we ordered plenty of choices in various rolls. They kept the shrimp away from mine which I am always thankful for. I don’t recall the names of the rolls ordered but one had mango in it and various fish. One had banana in it and was very unique. We were all pleased with our choices and the friendly service.
It’s worth stopping in if it’s still around. Sorry this took so long to write.

We ordered delivery through DoorDash, food was prepared quickly and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The Honda roll was tasty and the cream cheese paired well with the tempura shrimp. The orange chicken was lacking in the chicken department. The entree was probably 60-70% breading but did have good flavor. The sweet and sour chicken was really disappointing. It had the moisture content of a fortune cookie and it would crack in a similar fashion as well. It also contained about as much chicken as a fortune cookie does. Incredibly dry, and 90% batter.

If your only criteria for sushi was to find the friendliest atmosphere, then Hiko would be the place to go. Eric and Angie, the owners, are kind, warm and effusive with gratitude for their clientele. Service aside, there is wonderful food here. The sushi is fantastic and I've never had a bad roll. The Audi is a popular choice for good reason, but for fun, ask for the Pop Rocks Roll that's not on the menu. Wonderful green tea that never runs dry, fantastic starter salads, and a spotless dining room. (Note: the restaurant is doing well more than half their business through carryout orders because of the pandemic. The small space means they've taken over a large table and the bar area with staging items for to go orders. Don't judge them for this, understand it's a family owned restaurant in survival mode.) The hibachi is wonderful as well and there are plenty of delicious entrees that will please the seafood averse diner. Hot and sour soup is tops. Eric and Angie are such wonderful members of the restaurant community in Eagan, we're lucky to have them.

Tonight was my Wife's & My first time here. The food was absolutely delicious & all of the workers were very polite! We will definitely be back here many more times in the near future. Top Notch A+ Experience! The sushi/sashimi boat was amazing and I love that they serve IPA Beers. Dine in experience is amazing here;-)

You really should eat here if you love sushi. Big menu with lots of options. Also do hibachi if you're not into sushi. There's something for everyone!

Food is not authentic and the reason could be that the menu selection is focused on too many cuisines. Also, you have Hispanic people cooking a wide variety of Asian cuisines(not saying Hispanic people can’t cook), at least train them properly. I’m pretty sure some of the dishes made there, the owners would not eat. Like the Pad Thai was super bland with lots of different weird veggies added and it did not have the 4 essential favors of what Pad Thai should taste like. The calamari was $12 and came out to us at the end of the meal, there was 6 little pieces!!!!! ($2/little piece) Crazy how the food is so pricey for the quantity and quality you get. Your average non-special sushi roll is like $12 and special rolls $17. Not the best sushi for what you pay for. I would advise the owners to narrow the menu and specialize on one particular Asian cuisine. Also, the sushi selection is a bit weird and needs some revitalizing overall.
