I REALLY enjoyed my experience in this restaurant the food came quickly and was good but what REALLY did it for me was they have this sweet elderly gentleman working there and he brought our food to the table and was just as friendly and sweet as can be he would greet the customers and take drive thru orders outside.It REALLY touched my heart to see him able to work up there

Honestly had somewhat good experience till 2 days ago. Very long hair in the plain double cheese burger, to the point it was wrapped around the burger. Didn't get to eat lunch because of it. Annoyed.

Meh..I only stopped in for a small fry & diet coke.. my glucose dropped & I was shaking.. I don't eat McDonald's really ... it's not good like it was when we were growing up..it's never been good for you, but now it even tastes that way. 🤮

Ordered spicy crispy chicken and got this dried out tiny piece of an excuse for chicken that’s only like 1/3 of the size of the bun, and half the size of the McChicken which costs a whole lot less. Not to mention it costs more than a Big Mac. Normally it’s great, juicy, big piece of chicken, and lots of spicy Mayo but this just looks sad.

The burgers and fries here are on point, best McDonald's in NWI based on that aspect. Thought the robotic voice taking orders was pretty cool as well. Plan to come back when driving through to IL in the future.

I swear everytime I come here there is always something, today I ordered my food and this manager (tattoo of a star on her neck) she is just the unprofessional then when I ask to have them put 4 creamer in my sweet tea she gave me a dirty look and told me to that they would do it, so then I ask them and they told me they couldn’t put 4 creamer in my sweet tea. If it’s not one thing it’s another with this place. By all means, start fresh and new management is needed.

Drive thru took forever, they were busy. That wasn't the problem... if they were so busy why is the food gross and old? Burgers were dried out, buns were hard, fries were hard. Yuck!
