We stopped here for a coffee after cycling up a pretty steep hill from Esh Winning. There was space to put the bikes at the back. The coffee and tea were really good and we appreciated the very tasty brownie and millionaire shortbread. The …

Server got the order wrong and forgot the kid's juice, kept apologising for being really busy but it wasn't busy at all. Cheese scone was decent, flat whites were good. But all of it was overpriced (see photo of reciept), the diluted orange juice was tiny and should have been free really.

Heather provided us with a buffet lunch for a family celebration, (we were staying in a holiday cottage just over the road). Great selection of sandwiches, rolls, corned beef pie, wraps, the list goes on and on, with salads and coleslaw. …

Called here after doing the nearby park run. I had a full English and a latte, my son had a breakfast roll and an apple juice. All really good. Obviously also popular with the locals. Nice atmosphere, good service and reasonably priced. We will call again.

Fantastic gluten free afternoon tea . Very educated and professional about any cross contamination . Beautiful setting . First visit and the food was delicious . We will be back . 10 stars if I could . Beautiful crockery and surroundings too x

Friendly staff, good range of nice food and drinks. Quirky furniture, most tables are old sewing machines, but I like this. Spotless toilets and background music is not overly loud. The car parking is on road and for that reason I have restricted my review to four stars
