Problems began right from the start. First cashier asked us to order each of our promotions from the Tim Hortons App separately. Once we made our first purchase, the other promotions that were activated on our account did not work. We were then switched to another cashier who also had problems helping us and told us to simply try calling customer service to get help. This was while we were in line, at the restaurant, while other customers were waiting. Finally, a senior staff member came by and told us we probably had to wait 30 minutes before the app would refresh itself. 30 minutes! Again, while we were in line while a long lineup was forming behind us. Eventually, we were told the first cashier was wrong and we could've ordered everything together. They said they would just give us the promotion for the last item we wanted and bypass the app (something I think could've been done earlier). The last order came out incorrectly and the rest of our ordered items were cold by the time we were done our 20 minute attempt to order something quickly for the road. I blame the app more than the staff, but hopefully the staff at this Tim Hortons will try to learn more about the app and its features better and avoid giving inaccurate information to customers.

Nothing more irritating, than having to use the Washroom, and not having a square of toilet paper in sight. With the amount of money that Tim's charge for a coffee, and are unwilling to maintain the washrooms on a regular basis. Good way if losing my business.

I have been going to two tim hortons 1 durham ontario and markdale since they opened. I'm at the point now were I don't like the service cant just get a coffee with in 10 to 15 mins.you stand inside with no one in front of you and the tellers are to busy with drive threw.it seems to be 25 min wait every time. WHAT HAPPEN TO A SIMPLE COFFE SHOP ... COFFEE AND DONUTS I could go on but I think it's only going to get worst. I figure I spend 75 dollars a week. Add that up over a year. X 4 weeks x 12 months over 25 years Mcdonals coffee here I come

I think I’ve been to every Tims between Toronto and Durham and these are absolutely the hardest working, fastest moving staff I have seen!! This location is very busy and they keep things moving and stay pleasant.

Haven't gone to Durham in over a year because of bad service thought I'd give it a chance again today messed my order up even tho the lady taking it fully repeated it correctly then the lady making the food was rude to me like it was my fault and says well I can only make what it says no apology just snotty addatude I get stopped outside by a guy asking if they messed up my order he says 9 out of 10 times they mess it up and don't care Last time I'll be going there !
