I want to thank Ethan for making it my best visit ever. Ethan was very professional, thoughtful , fast, and precise with my order. He made sure my food 😋 was hot 🔥 and he didn't put his fingers or drink lid inside my cup. The food and service was excellent. Whoever the lady is that works at 3:51pm with glasses at the front makes the whole place a bad vibe. Time and time again if I order something on the app or in person I should get it. Sauce is free on the app if I order more than one please give it and if you charge I’m not broke I’ll pay for it. After I showed her on receipt she tells me that she dosnt see it on her screen and then ignored me again and again. 1 worker can bring the value of a entire place down really.

The only reason that I am giving this review 3 stars, is because of them messing up my order and telling me that they fixed it correctly. I then showed the lady manager who originally gave me the order, my receipt. She then threw the wrong order in the trash, before fixing me the correct order. I seriously hate to see food get thrown into the trash. At least give it to one of your employees or to another customer.

First, it's important to understand that no matter the rating, the people that work in any fast food are overworked and underpaid.
That said, I try to be reasonable and keep the bar low. For example, I order a double quarter pounder deluxe with no lettuce or pickle, my expectations don't lean towards getting a regular quarter pounder with a lot of lettuce. Getting that right is baseline. It keeps happening too. Whether I order in person or via delivery, something is always wrong. See order, make order, come on already.

This is the best McDonald's in the city, hands down the employees are incredible and know what they are doing and the food is always super fresh every time I go. They've yet to hit me with the "broken ice cream machine" and I've ordered so many milkshakes haha

I used a Buy one get one free deal in the app and then went to drive-through to pick up my order. For some reason the staff said my deal didn’t pull up on the computer and refused to give me another chicken McNuggets even though I showed her my order details on my phone that has the deal written on it.

Best McDonalds I've ever been to. Staff is always super friendly, service is quick and efficient and the I never have issues with the food. Normally I just keep driving when I see drive thru lanes wrapping the building unless it's a Chick Fil A but the drive thru here is honestly on par with Chick Fil A in my experience. I cannot stress enough how awesome the staff here is.
