Hours are not updated. They close at 8:30 according to sign out front. This is what we opened the kids meal to. & We paid extra for bacon in both grilled cheese (& had to pull up & wait longer for it) & there was none in one sandwich & the other wasn’t even melted.

I don't know why but it seems Zaxby's as a whole has difficulty with serving food fast. I have been sitting in the drive through line waiting to order for 20 minutes with no cars in front of me. I have been sitting at speaker waiting to order for five of those minutes with it raining and my window open. After waiting over 20 minutes I called and was answered then hung up on. I decided to leave. If I could give zero stars I would. The lack of anyone just being present or apologizing is ridiculous. After waiting for so long I decided they obviously don't need or want my money so I went to Wendy's.

Hands down food is great. But has the worst drive thru wait ever. Absolutely ridiculous how slow it goes. Really need to work on that.

I ordered a Cobb salad. It was ok but I've had better. I guess they were out of containers bc it was thrown in a compartment tray.

The food was served hot & fresh and the line moved very quickly! The staff & Manager were very nice as well...I will continue to come back!!!

The sink doesn't work in the men's bathroom, which makes me question if they're washing their hands. Literally used up my whole 30 minute break from work waiting on my food and I only ordered a 5 finger plate. Won't be returning.

Finally got to check out Zaxby's. We see the commercials all the time but we don't have any in Maryland. Place is huge and very clean. Employees were friendly. Think they may have been trying some new people. Chicken tenders and fries were delicious. Would have given them five stars but they forgot my Texas toast.

The service was great. My sister, who has early stages Alzheimer's, ordered first while I went back to my car to get my wallet. I was stressed about leaving her in there as I thought the cashier may be rude to her since she would likely forget what shes told. When I came back, the cashier (I believe her name was Lucricia), was very patiently explaining the menu to her. That was beyond expectations, and I wanted to commend her for her kindness and patience. Oh, and as usual, the food was great as well!!!
