A very busy Tim Horton located in Durham. It is visited by traveller's heading north on Highway 6 as well as local residents. However, worth stopping here because the parking is plentiful, the facilities are clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. I have stopped here for years and have experience consistency in all aspects; food, service and hygiene.

All standard good Tims experience except a peculiarly very long wait for my food bowl. It was busy and theres only one lady prepping food, but others who came after me got their food first, so something is amiss with the system. TH regional management must live the profits from this branch as it was sooooo busy midday, but that the obvious reason is that there is exactly ZERO competition in Durham. If another place opens with decent service, this Tims will suffer.

Tim Hortons is pretty standard but I hit this location at the right time. Not much of a line up, the staff smiled and my order was completed promptly and accurately. Warm coffee for the road.

The long wait in the drive through was well worth it. Our server at the window was the most friendliest lady we have met at a Tim Hortons in a long time. Thank you for making our wait totally fantastic. Your the best ❤
