The Three Horseshoes

First visit tonight food was delicious red hot and tasty .just shame we waited 30 mins for food people came after us were served first then the waitress realised they lost the chitty for kitchen .we did get an extra 10% off the bill for long wait .were very big on customer service as its our jobs.bit dissapoing even the couple on next table wondered were our food was !they came after us to .plus it was very quiet so no excuse should of been picked up on earlier !

Fab staff, attentive service and great vegan menu!! We went Saturday night and was absolutely over the moon to see seperate vegan menu for us, Being local ,we love to eat out regularly and have been struggling.Our waitress was a young woman Olivia who was very friendly and professional she did her very best for us .Will definitely be regulars now we have a choice of more than one thing to eat!!

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable with a good shower, tea & coffee facilities, USB ports, good size HD TV. We found the bed super comfy. We loved the way the bar at the front of the building has retained all its original atmosphere then there is the new and stylish restaurant behind with its two different zones. We would definitely book to stay here again when visiting the north east, whether for karting or just a trip to Durham or the nature reserves near by.

Last week my wife and I stayed for 7 nights. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff and immediately realised we had found a little gem. This continued for the whole week, our room was clean and comfortable, the food excellent with a good variety of choice and all of the staff were kind and helpful. We will be back!

Myself and my husband called in this afternoon for a last minute Sunday Dinner. Booked a table for inbetween jobs at half 5 but turned up a little earlier. We were sat at the bar while a table was prepared and no sooner did we get our drinks we were shown to our table. Bar staff were super friendly. Orders were taken promptly and food served was absolutely delicious and arrived quickly. Staff were so lovely too. We hung around for desserts that also didn’t disappoint! They were heavenly and could of easily had another 🫣 Thank you guys for a great experience, will certainly be back 🙂
