I love to visit again this place. We were looking for reservation on a very busy night of the year 2021. Finally I found the spot which is top rated and have a spot for 2 and toddler.

Here are my thoughts about what I ordered: My old fashion wasn’t the best, but okay.
The appetizer artichoke were not bad at all. For my main dish, the potatoes were too dried to my taste and the fish lacked seasoning (a little bit of salt would have done wonder). The sauce that paired with the fish
Great classic Italian fare. If you're looking for a traditional take on Italian food and ambiance, Carbonara Trattoria is your destination. Food and service are always top, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
We love this Restaurant any time we have a chance to go. The food is fresh and amazing. Antonio (Tony) is the best waiter. He's very nice, gracious. The accent is a plus.
Ordered the Chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes through UberEats. The dish consisted of slivers of chicken, about 3 tablespoons of mashed potatoes (if that much), around 6-7 mushroom pieces in a "watery" sauce/liquid and worst of all no seasoning AT ALL. To add insult to injury it cost $26 plus tax
I had the pasta carbonara and for some reason, right off the bad I felt so full and bloated and sick. Few hours later, I found myself sitting on the bathroom floor for 3 hours with salmonella. Funny how they’re restaurant is called carbonara yet they’re carbonara got me food poisoning on my bestfrie
What a pleasant surprise finding this nice Italian treasure a few miles from me. From the entrance to the dining room the atmosphere was magical. The lighting, the music added to the ambience. The staff was courteous and friendly. The menu was delightful. My meal was excellent.
