Dairy Queen (treat)

Ordered a hello kitty themed ice cream cake a week before my event. Today I go to pick up the cake at my scheduled time 1:30pm, cake wasn’t even started yet. I was told to wait 10 more minutes so I did. They finally bring me the cake and it wasn’t what I ordered. Coloring was different, no hello kitty on the cake. The worker did apologize letting me know they didn’t carry that stuff and she took money off but what was upsetting is that someone from the store failed to let me know ahead of time that they don’t carry the hello kitty theme cake. I would’ve bought a hello kitty cake else where, the whole point of the cake was hello kitty. I’m highly disappointed with the service.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered an Oreo blizzard cake. When I went to pick it up, it looked NOTHING like the picture on the website. All I got was plain white ice cream with so pink frosting. Horrible and the girls there had some attitude when I said something about the cake. Will not be coming back.

Honestly I haven't gone in awhile because the place always STUNK of heavy cleaning products. So much so the toppings had the taste on them. I tried again last weekend and nothing has changed. I am all for sterilization and keeping things clean but when it SMELLS that much and the toppings taste like cleaning solution there is definitely a problem. I asked several other customers that have been there the past few months and everyone had the same experience. Sorry not going back.

This Place I would avoid, Ice cream didn’t feel right, brownies weren’t actual brownies ! If this is the last place to go, I wouldn’t go !All I asked for was simple Softie which was bad, so that killed my expectations. My cousin got brownies sundae in which brownies weren’t actual brownies! Felt like they were freezed or I don’t know ! Expensive when you see quality to price ratio !

Waited half an hour in a line around the block and never even got served. What a waste of my night. The sloooooooooooooowest service of all time. The line moved about 5 people in half an hour. There was literally an employee that looked like some 14 year old girl just staring out her window and occasionally glancing at her phone. First and last time I come here.

First I will say everything is priced HIGHER than any other Dairy Queen in the area. They also told me that sprinkles would be an extra 85 cents until I looked at my credit card statement and realized they charged a 1.54 for sprinkles. It’s not about the money it’s about the principle. Support other DQs in the area
