I have ordered from here many times. Yesterday however I got a delivery via third party service and I was surprised that the foam food container alone was left where I requested it be placed. I was thinking this had to be the delivery person removed the bag , etc but no. I called and spoke to someone who confirmed that is in fact how the restaurant/employee dispensed my order. I even clarified, are you sure it was not bagged or at least some sort of sealing of the foam container lid? The answer was oh no, they would have needed to specifically ask for it to be put into a bag. I mean I get it, this is Florida and the train wreck that comes along with that but seems like with at minimum the virus and perhaps just plain general health reasons it is only common sense that an order would be bagged to some level when it is ordered as take out. Could not bring myself to eat it. But more concerned with the matter of fact response from the staff, like they had no idea or thought about it. Was just a very odd situation. I guess when folks order you may need to specify the minimum delivery packaging you think is acceptable.

We ordered French fries and mozarella sticks, after waiting for 10 mins when it was empty inside, they reached out to us to tell us our food was ready and when we got it the fries didn't even have salt on them, we were not offered ketchup or anything and the fries were cold, dry and brown. The cheese inside the mozarella sticks was not gooey the way they are supposed to be when they are fresh, when we turned around to let them know that it was too bad too eat they had just closed the restaurant. I understand they were about to close but they still should have made us fresh food. Instead they took a while to pretend like it was being cooked when in reality it seems like they had been cooked 20 minutes before we got it. Horrible service, will never be ordering again.
