Terrible!!! It was 8:45 in the morning. I ordered on the app and when I went in to get my food there were two managers and they both just looked at me. I told them I had a mobile order and neither one of them said a word. There was a elderly man wait to order at the register and they ignored him to. It took 15 minutes for me to get my order and the poor elderly man was still standing there. The drive through was moving right along…must be that order time in the drive through matters more than anything.

Wait in line for 25 minutes for a 6pc chicken nugget happy meal with honey mustard sauce. Pay at window, go to pick up window, told to go to last window and wait another 5-10 minutes. All for a Happy meal. Got the food, fries are cold, only 5 nuggets, and no sauce. Also the drink was a Large drink of unknown flavor.

The customer service at the Avon Park McDonald's is overall pretty bad. There are a few employees there that know how to treat their customers. Unfortunately, the ones that don't outweigh those that do. What happened to service with a smile? The fries were cold while the burger and the nuggets were warm. Unfortunately, McDonald's isn't the only fast food chain in Avon Park that has this problem. It seems like anywhere you go today, fast food does not have the service nor the quality that it used to have.

Need improvement with servicing customers. Too many workers to have service soo slow. Supervisor drinking near prepared food while waiting to bag orders. A little unprofessional. I know that would be a citation from the department of health. Take your job seriously and be more cautious how food is handled. Also the McChicken is half the size it was, Wow. $1.99. Soon I won't be able to afford McDonald's.

This is a fully kiosk restaurant. No cashiers. No cash taken. No coupons accepted. No self serve soda machines. If you don't like to order on your phone or use the kiosk go to another restaurant.

Completely hated it the employees don't even acknowledge you completely rude order a large iced mocha frappe they give you a medium if you order on the kiosk and you're paying with cash you still have to wait 20 minutes for them to even come acknowledge you to pay for your items they're completely rude to anyone who walks in the door a little girl walked in after I was already there for 30 minutes she wanted to order she did not know how to work a kiosk I asked three different employees if they can take her order because I do not know how to work the kiosk they told me yeah and went back to doing what they were doing and then when someone finally came and asked little girl what she wanted exact words was okay what do you want keep in mind this little girl was like 7 years old and it was completely rude to a child they do not know how to talk to people other than McDonald's to be shut down until they have a full crew they need to be taught manners and we taught customer service skills because without customers they are out of business and if they keep acting the way they or they will be out of business because nobody likes going to that McDonald's in Avon Park that was my experience at McDonald's 45 minutes for two coffees

Drive thru busy like most locations. One lane was closed which made the wait seem longer. Food was warm but not the freshest. Staff came across as frustrated. Tried this location again on 7/3/22 in the evening. The wait was long, made worst by sub standard food. My order was handed to me at the drive thru and I made the mistake of pulling away without looking in the bag. Was a medium fry short, immediately pulled around the building, waited in line again only to have the manager on duty telling me that she was sure the order was complete. It wasn't and although a medium fry isn't the end of the world it only added more frustration to the visit. Total waste of money and time. Stop here at your own risk. Terrible
