The service at the Duncan location is outstanding! The past two deliveries have arrived well ahead of schedule with a very friendly, professional and polite staff member greeting me. The food is the same as most large pizza places, decent on a good day but the convenience and service of this location keeps me coming back.

My other half ordered dinner from the Duncan location tonight. We had a young girl as our delivery driver and she went above and beyond for us! When she arrived after we paid she realized we didn’t get our second drink. We told her not to worry about it. About 40 minutes later we heard someone at the door. It was our delivery driver. She had returned with money to give us in return of the missing drink and her apologies as she explained she was new. We told her she is probably the only delivery driver that would go out of her way especially as we live in Glenora so it’s a bit of a drive.! Our food was also amazing as always

A cashier instructed me to step outside due to covid -19 capacity measures ( only 2 customers are allowed in the restaurant). I had a mask adorned and the other patron did not and I found this discriminatory. However, as I later brought this up w/ the manager, he was able to resolve the issue and forwarded me a pop and I found this very justified. I am happy it got ironed out .
