Firehouse Subs

I just went into the firehouse subs to place an order and no one assisted me. There where three employees sitting down at a table is me preparing orders and one on the back. I was never greeted nor did the young lady say hold on. It was frustrating observing that no one assisted her and she didn’t ask for help neither. I wish the customer service was as good as their sandwiches.

Come on in a last minute decision after a very long day. I didn't have a clue of what I wanted. 3 girls working, helped me figure out what to get. They were friendly and fun while explaining the different sandwiches. I got the NY steamer. First time having it. Great food, great service. After the day I had, great experience.

I went in last night around 8:45 and was informed the steamers were already shut off and that any sub I ordered would have to be cold. According to the information on the website the store closes at 9:00. I understand getting as much prep work done as possible before closing but I think shutting the steamers down before the store actually closes is a little much. I ended up going to the competition down the road who was open later. Normally I am very happy with the food here but last night was disappointing.

Good food, but beware of pulling out of the parking lot. If you drive a regular height CAR, you will bottom out and scrub, and it's not a light scrub either. It hits hard, and I pulled out easy and slow. I can imagine if you pull out fast. SUVs are probably fine. They definitely need to fix it, before someone messes up their car.

Extremely unprofessional from start to finish. Employees were very uncoordinated when taking and fulfilling orders. Waited for 15 minutes to receive an incorrect order, had to wait an additional 15 for it to get fixed. Witnessed multiple wrong orders with no ownership from staff. Rude comments amongst employees and calling out to each other unprofessionally across the whole restaurant. Young blonde gentleman with bun was especially inappropriate.

Came in around 12 on 2/27. Was not greeted at all upon walking in, not even a hi. Just got looked at. Staff was completely unprofessional with their conversations the whole time I was waiting for my food. Ordered a hook and ladder sub with everything on it and when I got home to eat my food there was not any meat at all on my sub, only lettuce, tomato, and onion. Won’t be back.

Great service and even greater food! I was definitely hooked with my first bite! Their Turkey Bacon Ranch sub & Brisket sub are my favorites. Mac n' cheese is pretty good as well. My husband loves their Chili. If don't want a sub they have great salads too. And don't forget dessert: Cookies and brownies are yummy! You may order online and pickup.

Went into Firehouse Subs at 7 pm for a sandwich to go. There were 5 customers seated waiting for sandwiches to be made. There were 5 employees working, it became clear that there was no one in charge. It was like mass confusion! A younger girl came out of the back and started complaining about the customers and how they don’t understand the delay, she further stated that especially the customers who have never worked in the food industry. I know it’s hard to find people to work these days but clearly these employees are in need of training.
