Very friendly polite and helpful staff. Only problem is items I like are so popular they're not always readily available but usually can be available after short wait. Visit regularly and will continue to do so
My mum and I go in here after our wee day out shopping my mum absolutely loves the friendly staff and the atmosphere, bakes are always cooked beautifully, and so clean compared to other Greggs , it’s my mum and I go to place , best Greggs Dumfries retail park

Its a busy outlet and there are always fresh pies churning out from the ovens. I found the staff usually very efficient and quick to serve. Maybe not as friendly due to it being very busy but the order take seconds and the line moves very quickly. My favourite local Greggs!
