Nothing exceptional about here but decent food in a pleasant atmosphere

Had breakfast here today. I can't fault it, I had pancakes with fruit cream and maple syrup, and the guy on the tills was really nice and helpful.

Today my daughter's visited & my youngest was on her own to pay & due to her disabilities her hand twitched & she dropped her milkshake.
The person that served her was absolutely amazing with her, wasn't annoyed about the mess & made sure she was ok before anything else & replaced the drink which you didn't need to do so thank you so much!
That staff member was really nice & understanding.
Definitely keep a hold off that member of staff
We will be visiting again.

Love this place! The staff couldn't be nicer. So respectful and friendly. The chairs are unbelievably comfy. Wish I could live here. Food is delicious too. My new favourite place.

Lovely cafe. Had to wait 50 minutes for food today that they said was due to high order of deliveries but we weren't told beforehand. To be fair we did get free cake as an apology for the wait and the food was really good. Staff members were really nice and friendly, could not be more accomodating. Regardless of the wait I would definitely go again. The air conditioning was amazing especially since it was about 30 degrees out.

Really nice place to chill out, especially with super sunny weather, slightly pricy but excellent customer service. Wanted more cream in my drink, they were happy to oblige.
Kitchen slow to release food, service could be quicker especially when staff were running around like a headless chicken. Staff in kitchen are clearly disorganised as food is taking longer to come out

Plate scorching hot.. Meaning staying under heat lamp for long periods of time.. Is the food still safe.. Maybe I'll have to take a sample to the lab for pathogen testing?
The food was worth the wait and beautifully presented with some chips, would like to see more diversity on the plate but that is not the staffs' fault.
Nice decor, slightly loud when preparing food, nice lighting, good location, excellent range of food. Covid19 safe. Will I come again, the waitress did come over and offered us free cake for the wait, I was not expecting this hence I will say the customer service is excellent and we will be coming back here however not for a meal for 2 but with a group of people incase our food is delayed.
I do have to say that the ambiance is excellent with the right crowd. A catch up session with a group of friends.. Come here👏👍

Lovely place with very friendly staff. You don't feel rushed here unlike some other places and the menu is excellent. The food is generally very very good, the coffee and massive cakes are brilliant. Prices are reasonable and the burger selection is pretty decent. One of the best cafes I've been too. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely large cafe on the high street with an impressive array of cakes, all-day breakfast menu, burgers and loaded fries. It’s well set up for people looking to work with booths, high tables, sofas and regular tables with plenty of plug and USB sockets. Staff are friendly, food is tasty and service is quick. Super glad I decided to come in for lunch!
