Afterburner Lounge Dining

Came in tired and hungry. First time customer to this place. So, I didn't know the drill. I didn't immediately see the menus. Cashier gave me an impatient glance. Disgustedly pointed to a couple of menus that I would have had to walk past her to see. Well, okay. I also wanted a beer. I saw a few tap handles but apparently didn't see the others they have. I couldn't read what beers there were on the handles. I didn't notice a small beer menu on the counter. When I told the cashier I'd like to have a beer on tap, she rolled her eyes and said "we have a lot of beers on tap here." Then she quickly grabbed the beer menu and plopped it down in front of me. It was obvious she was disgusted with me. At which point, I said you know what? I think I'd rather go hungry. I'm done here. Clearly I was just another problem to her. Like the other reviewer recently said, to hell with this place.

Service is absolutely awful. They make waiting at the DMV or the doctors office seem fast by comparison. I fly through twice a month, and occasionally ill stop in to see if its gotten better. It hasn't. There are times i have waited 20 min with 3 customers in the place and 4 employees standing around and talking. And drinks are a bit pricey, even by airport standards.

poor selection. my rating is only for availability & selection. i arrived over 1 hour before the flight - they only had pre-made sandwiches in the cooler & it didn't look too fresh so i passed. pretty limited selection on the non-security side of things. Security only opens before the flight, so i recommend you don't plan to eat here. Other side had more & the server offered me what was there, but I didn't see it & passed based on what i did see.
