Krispy Kreme

That star was bc the 1st krispy Kreme was in my birthplace. They are always out of the most publicized specialty and even not so specialty donuts. I was severely disappointed when I drove 30min to choose between old, cold original or powered...what the....nice hoodies for the angry employees though...I did like those hoodies. My garbage disposable of a dog wouldn't even partake....woof

(Caution, I kinda wrote this in jest for my friends who wanted to know about the new cinnamon bun) The air was cool, the drive was scenic and the location, Krispy Kreme. This cheery day our reviewer finds himself seated at a high top table overlooking the parking lot and soon the delicious pastry was in hand. On receiving it, I found myself comparing it to any other cinnamon bun but boy oh boy would I be proven wrong. Upon holding the delicate treat I realized it was fluffy, light, and airy, lightly glazed and surprisingly tender. The bread had some give, the cinnamon with aerobatic kisses and the glaze just right. Overall the experience was fantastic and I find myself liking the regular, the cinnamon toast crunch one however with a light vanilla cream was very sweet but delicious Until next time dear readers.

I ordered 4 dozen regular glazed donuts the day prior and let them know when I'd be there to pick them up. After I picked them up and took them to work (10 mins away) it looked like they gave me the the leftovers from the day prior. They were super small, cold and hard. Krispy Kreme donuts are normally superb but I would highly recommend not doing business with this location.

Donuts were delicious! Just a warning about using cards. The cashier took my card to the back to make the sale. But then a few days later someone tried to buy something with that card information. Luckily I keep my cards locked so nothing was taken. I just got a notification from my bank. Sad how you cannot trust anyone with your information.... Pay cash instead! For the manager to investigate. I was there March 3 around 2pm. So the employee working the front needs booted to protect your customers

Today: Just went this morning, a Tuesday, and walked inside. There was no one at the counter, very few workers, working the drive through and cleaning. They did not have many donut options. However, we did get what we wanted and left without obvious issues, so that's a plus. As basic as this trip was, it was an improvement. Yesterday: Went here only for the Mars doughnut Promotion around the NASA landing, and to get a free one if you put your name on the rover. We were there around noon, and they were out of the Mars doughnuts, we were frustrated, but I can understand that. Then we went to checkout and I asked if we could still use our name certificate for a free doughnut, it was on my phone, and she looked at me and said she'd never seen a coupon liked that and needed to ask the manager. What! This is a national promotion, how can you not know what this is. Errr. There was a line behind me and it wasn't worth the delay or the minor discount. Instead my son and I just left disappointed again. At least they don't screw up the usual doughnuts or we would have had a family catastrophe! Couple Months ago: Waited forever due to workers just focusing on a couple people for 10 minutes. Then, we specifically came here to get the holiday doughnuts, and they only let you get one of each kind! So, why does the picture on the sign show a whole box of repeated types! This doesn't make any sense! Very disappointed in this location. I've always loved krispy kreme, but I am increasingly unsatisfied each time I come here. Sometime Earlier: Normally, it's fine. Today, it wasn't. I said iced coffee with cream... cream and sugar?...just cream, no sugar... Hands me black... I said, again, with cream... She hands me black with whip cream on top. Ugggg. Gave up. Tried to mix it in. The other drink had a clearly broken lid. What a mess. And they had no napkins anywhere, and when we asked, they had to go to the back to get them. Why aren't they just giving them with the boxes?
