Staffing shortages have hit every industry, but none more than food. This was my visit since COVID. There isn't a hostess or waitress to meet you. Instead you order at a kiosk and wait for your number to be called. The staff is working to fulfill both Drive thru carryout and dine in orders. Don't expect to get in and out. The cleanliness and the stocking of the bathrooms is what left something to be desired. It's difficult to practice good hygiene when there are no towels soap and toilet paper. Despite that, my experience was positive.
The restaurant is aging quite a bit, but the service is still nice. Menu items are greatly reduced, so several of the older items are no longer available.
Last time I was here, there were only 2 people working. One in the kitchen and one at the drive thru. Be nice! They got me through in about 15 minutes from order to driving away.
Had to use a touch screen system to order since covid but found it to be a great experience. Very easy system to use and ensures that your order is exactly what you ordered. No waiting on any wait staff to Seat you or to take your order then have to relay it to the kitchen. The order flow was flawless.
