This location never gets the order right. I ordered an Artisan GRILLED chicken sandwich. I have no idea what I got, not sure it is even on the menu. No employees said a word to us the entire time we were in the restaurant. I thought the new kiosks were supposed to enable them to focus more on Customer service??? Make sure you triple check your order before you leave.

I feel like I never have a good experience here. I've had plenty of messed up orders multiple times. I would recommend going to the McDonalds on the other side of town.

Ordered through door dash. Bag showed up sealed in a timely fasion. Guess its easy to be fast when you under cook the fries and only fill them half full😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

23 minutes in a Drive-Thru is completely unacceptable period took 5 minutes from the time I pulled to the speaker until somebody took my order. They took the order behind me before mine . Definitely won't be coming back to this establishment again. It's always dirty never organized. This is definitely not the place that used to be. Maybe they need to get some better management and better workers that actually have some pride in their work even if it is only fast food

Spent 16 minutes in the drive through only to be greeted by a employee in a bad mood. No I am sorry for the wait, or thank you. Cold food to top it off. I am done with this location. You several choices now in the area. Ridiculous and no one seems to care about it either. Like many others are saying this location has gone way down hill. It used to be a pleasure to stop in at this location. When you have more bad reviews then good you would think someone would notice, and try to correct it too

Every single time I try to go here on my lunch break they mess something up! I only get a half hour for lunch and not much time to go somewhere, to get back to work to find my order is totally off is NOT okay. How hard is it to make a damn sandwich properly?! I've worked fast food for many years and this place takes the cake for worst service, and most mess up orders I have EVER dealt with! Unreal.

You’re better off eating out of a dumpster than this shithole. They must microwave their fries to room temp before serving them. First time going there in many months, and certainly will be my last time. Tried to call and ask for a refund and the manager hung up on me twice. Real classy, but can’t expect much from them. Heaven forbid you even get the right fuckin order. Assholes.

cold fries, old nuggets,ONE employee actually trying while everyone else just stood around and did NOTHING. Took 25 minutes to get our food and we were pretty much the only people there. BUT the state of the place would be the biggest reason for the poor review. Fruit flies all over the condiments counter,cleaning rags left out, clothing just sitting in booths that look like they haven't been wiped clean in weeks covered in garbage and sticky old food. Just and absolute mess and I was pretty tempted to ask for my money back and leave.

Terrible.I waited so long I turned my car off in the drive thru.So did the guy at the window.Sausage was burnt on my egg and cheese McMuffin.Never again.I will do Wendy's or Arby's.Talked to more than a few that avoid Iowa St McDonalds.

Waited 15 mins with no one in front of me for a sandwich that looked like crap! My toppings were all over the container! No one came to the window to say there would be a wait! For 15 mins!!!! Then the manager said they were understaffed! Then tell me! I have patience just tell me that! They forgot my drink, and the bread was stale! Never again! This was in Dubuque, IA!
