Absolutely horrendous service. Worker seemed like he hates his job and didn’t want to be there. Worst vanilla shake ever. If I wanted milk, I would’ve asked for that but I WANTED A SHAKE. It was not thick AT ALL. Felt like I was just drinking milk. Will not be getting my business again. Disgusted by the lack of effort.

Went in for a birthday treat today. Per usual my ice cream was great. Today I ordered cheesecake ice cream with peanut sauce and cookie dough. I got this awesome treat after repeating my order nearly 3 times. Teens are great for working, but no good if they don’t listen. Tried to use my “rewards” birthday bogo. My information would not load. The teen asked to see my phone to help, the manager then proceeded to scold him for taking it from me in front of a line of people. the man running things would not honor the coupon after looking at my phone as didn’t not leave a good impression. I’ll go back for the food not the service.

Great ice cream and the kids working are great. The manger however is awful, like to the door and he’s literally in the back doing nothing. Cold stone should look into that store more and the manager

Love this place but they need to hire more people. The service was extremely slow with only one employee helping a customer line if 20 people
