It's a good place to grab a drink and an appetizer. When there is nice weather it's great to sit out on their patio area with the fire pit going.

Stopped in cause it was convenient. Big booths to sit. Large bar and amazing service. Price of the food was a concern until we saw how much you get. Everyone took home boxes to go. Definitely coming back

Great evening at River Rock in the Holiday Inn, Dubuque! Bartender/Waiter Nancy was awesome in every way! Enjoyed Friday night fish & chips special...delish!

My wife and I ordered the American Burgers with fries. The burgers tasted very good. The seasoning on the burgers was the right amount and did not overpower the overall flavor. The one minor thing I would change would be the amount of lettuce that came with the burger. They gave enough lettuce for a few burgers. Again, very minor inconvenience since I just set aside the excess lettuce. I found the fries tasty and well cooked. My wife wished more came with the meal, but that's just her being her as she loves potatoes. Service was very friendly and the dining room was comfortable. We would definitely go back and order the burgers again.

The front desk staff was very informational with the local happenings. Bar area staff was great, a little history about tap beer. Enjoyed the bar and other guest conversations.

Food was good. Service was too. But considering I got a open face steak sandwich and fries that was on special for the day a 18$ price tag was a bit extreme. But I will praise them for giving a 50% military discount

Bar was closed at 9:00. Would have loved to have gotten food and a drink with my wife. Guy at the desk of the hotel said it seemed super early but it wasn't his call.
