Everything my wife and I wanted after a long day of travel. Excellent service and great food. I had fish and chips and my wife had the Irish kettle dinner. Both were very good. I was considering a glass of wine to go with my meal, however the lighting wasn't good enough at our table for me to be able to read the wine list. We were given very good paper straws and a lot of little plastic cups with lids for all of our condiments. (????)

Fantastic food. Solid patio space in a great area for walking about. Irish food is on par with anything else locally if not the best straight out. Tight on seating especially during Covid so consider carry out.

Drinks and the vibe are great! Definitely a good place to enjoy some drinks an time with friends. Their only problem was the quality of their food. I will go there only for the drinks next time.

Fantastic! Great system for getting people from not the restaurant (wait list). Burger appetizer was fantastic. Also enjoyed the salads. Great service.

This was my first time at the Dublin Village Tavern and I enjoyed my experience. The decor was very cool, even the background music was really nice, the waitresses where fantastic. Very friendly and Timely, I ordered the Reuben sandwich and in all honesty it wasn't the best Reuben I've ever had but that wouldn't stop me from coming back and getting something else to eat instead. (I wasn't expecting anything huge with what I ordered, was just a Reuben sandwich so I'd suggest something more flavorful. Their burgers looked nice.) The portion sizes were big and good, All-in-all I enjoyed my time eating here at the Dublin village Tavern

Some of the best drinks are served here! It’s very clean & mostly brick inside. It’s a very nice place to enjoy dinner. The Reuben sandwich is very delicious. The Mac & cheese with buffalo chicken tenders were delicious as well, but the $18 for it was outrageous honestly. For three chicken tenders it’s $5 add to the $12 Mac n cheese. The portions weren’t very big either, but did taste good.
Side note, server suggested the Root Beer waffle over the Triple Chocolate brownie BUT the brownie is WAY BETTER THAN THE WAFFLE. We didn’t taste the root beer very much.
Server was great as well.

I cannot say enough good words about The Dublin Village Tavern. My husband and I have been going here for awhile now and every time we are extremely happy. He swears they have the best burgers and the fries are really great too! I wish they had their black bean option still, but their salads are enjoyable as well. We have been ordering takeout during Covid and everything is still nice and fresh once we get home. Definitely recommend for good food - dine in or takeout!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, decent beer selection. The fish and chips was perfect.

Dublin claims to be a real Irish town and has few businesses that prove it, none more authentic than the Dublin Village Tavern which oozes a typical Irish charm that can be found nowhere else in the area. From the wooden paneling to the low seating, this pub provides everything you would expect from a good Irish pub. The food is lovely - we tried the Fish n Chips and were blown away by how similar it was to anything you can find in the UK. There is a wide selection of drinks on offer - we would recommend trying one of the local microbrews or IPAs.

This is a fun place. Menu has a few good items, the bologna sandwich is good. The burgers are good as well. It's a bit overpriced in my opinion.

Great food in a cozy restaurant. This is the second time I've been to this place and each time has been great! This time I tried the Cream Cheese, Fried Onion, Turkey burger which was delicious! The Mac n Cheese was also amazing - such a creamy and cheesy flavor explosion in my mouth! I'd recommend anyone to go here and sample all of their food!

Foodie Spot for sure! Just the "Irish Eggrolls" are worth it. I think this should be a 90% or over rated. I know it's small but whatever! Cram in and eat. The food is not exactly authentic but whatever it's good and the vibe is good and you will like it guranteed

Great Guinness Burger, ask for the way Mike likes it. Went with a group and one tried the Talapia and the other had the Mac & Cheese. All three were really good and the Mac had a ton of cheese. Sorry for not getting a pic but I was starving.

Great place to eat. If I am really wanting a burger or a spicy chicken sandwich, i have been heading to the Dublin tavern. The burgers are well seasoned. The spicy buffalo chicken sandwich is awesome. My wife goes their just for the Irish egg rolls. Those are very unique they are a rueben in an egg roll served with a 1000 island like dressing. They also have several flat screen tbs to watch the games. Highly recommended.

The bar is cute from the outside, and pretty small on the inside. I wouldn't say it is particularly clean, but then again its a bar. the hostess was very friendly but our server was not. he was attentive but not very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks.

as for the food, it was average. my burger was just okay, far from the "best burger ever" that they claim. the fries were very good. my wife had a reuben and said the meat was not tender and on the greasy side. the irish egg roll appetizer was pretty good. it was basically a reuben in an egg roll. the tavern chowder however, was excellent. it was cheesey, with ham, potatoes and jalapenos.

the drink selection was decent. about 6 beers on tap and another 25-30 in bottles. my dogfish head 60 minute IPA was excellent. they also have some great lakes beers.

parking is free on the street and there are public lots nearby. I probably won't go back just for the food, but I could stop back for some beers and a bowl of soup.

The food was okay, but the service was ridiculously slow. Seems like they don't have enough staffing.

Great vibe, good food. If you go to the DVT you have to try the Irish Egg Rolls, even if you don't dig what's in them normally. I am not a huge corn beef fan what so ever but the irsih egg rolls were amazing! The vibe is great, very laid back and welcoming. I went on a lunch break from work and did not want to go back to the office! One down side, even through our groups server was very friendly it took her 3 times to get our checks straight which ate up a lot of our lunch hour. Oh well, all and all good stuff and I will be returning.

Stringy Mac. After my first trip to DVT, I was utterly disappointed. I ordered the Geri's Macaroni and Cheese, which was a mistake. The "Hearty blend of cheeses and seasoning," was, when we opened it up, a gooey mess of string like you would top a sub with at Subway. The "seasoning," well, I don't know what it was, but it tasted like just a sprinkling of pepper with no complimenting spices. It wasn't warm or melted. After this endeavor, I don't think we'll be going there again.

Great Food and Staff. My husband and I both love this place. I have never had a bad dish here!

Food is great and the service cannot be any better! I'd recomend DVT to anyone!!!!!!

Not my favorite place.... I visited the Dublin Village Tavern this past week and wasn't impressed. I ordered the Shepards Pie, which I thought was very overpriced and not as tasty as I expected. I've had my share of Shepard's Pie at other Irish restaurants and this one was very different but to me not in a good way. Our waitress was nice but not very efficient. I would try it again but it's not top on my list.

Best Irish pub in town. Great food and service. Reasonably priced.

Great small town atmosphere with a small town Irish menu. Will not be dissapointed with the "bangers and mashed". I know of people that travel far and wide for the chowder!!!! The best I've had, in Ireland and the USA!!!!

DVT is a local Dublin favorite. I would say it’s almost the “Cheers” of that area.
