Hours show on their website and on Google as being until 9pm. Arrived to order some hoagies at 8:40 and they were already closed and the employees were leaving. They couldn't even be bothered to have a note up that they were closing early for whatever reason.

$9 for a 6-inch old world meatball sandwich without cheese is very steep. It's good but really $6 is all I would pay for that.

Ridiculous wait times rude staff answering phone. 20 min wait for 2 hoagies was told “well maybe if you came in earlier”. Previous order did not go any better, was put on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. Hung up and called back. Placed order for 3 hoagies this time and was told 45 mins.

This Primo's location sucks....employees are lackluster and they hardly put any meat on the hoagies...mostly bread and lettuce. If you want a proper hoagie go to the Primo's in Hatboro!
