Good location. Our sever Haley was very pleasant and really good with the, foodndid take sometime, but we had a party of seven so I can understand. I ordered the boss burger which was suggested because I’m a burger lover and couldn’t be more pleased. All around great experience and would likely return if in the area

For a cheap eat this place is great. The service is friendly and super quick. The food came out within ten minutes of ordering. The atmosphere is a normal chili’s style place so not bad at all. The desserts were great though. Didn’t leave hungry that’s for sure.

it's been a while since we have been to a Chili's and this visit was quite nice. Good atmosphere and good service by Cameron. I had the sunrise burger which was delicious and my wife had the pick 2 chicken crispers. Stop on in if you are ever near by.

Amazing service and delicious food 😋, very impressed Chili's has upped their menu and food selection , prices are better more affordable then what they used to be , the bartender was also amazing , accommodating , I felt right at home!

Ordered a well done burger with loaded mash potatoes. Got a medium rare burger and fries. Ticket clearly said loaded mash potatoes but I guess no one can read. If picking up carryout be sure you check your order;

The waiter was on drugs, our orders were late and wrong. He had to be reminded multiple times to bring parts of our order. There was a piece of raw bacon on my burger and my niece had a stale grilled cheese. He never came to check on us or offer refills. The portions were overpriced for what you got, even the family across from us had issues too.

Most disappointing experience ever. Go to Downingtown chili’s often but will be worth the drive to Parkersburg. Not sure if it’s do to change of management or what but I’ve nbeen having better luck in Parkersburg. Such a shame because DT is in my backyard. Called Manager after bad experience tonight & his answer was sorry short staffed. Not a good enough explanation or compensation. Two weeks ago I chalk up the 45 min wait for an appetizer to post Covid & figured I’de stay positive but tonight with a party of 6 one person received her cocktail as we were ready to check out ( 70 min into our dinning) needless to say it was sent back. If the Manager himself needs to run the floor so be it but get back to basics!
