This store has made too many mistakes when dealing with UberEats orders that I have placed through them. Staff does not read notes left on orders. Most recently, ordered a meal that came to me jacked up beyond belief. (My burger was wrong on every level, cold fries, no condiments as requested, and drink was watered down). I will not be coming to this store or ordering from it ever again, as it seems no one that works here pays attention to simple instruction. For those that care, the burger that I ordered was supposed to be a Double Western with Beyond Meat patties, bacon, no cheese. (I have a red meat sensitivity) Instead, i got two beef patties, one beyond patty, no bacon, and no cheese. The burger cost almost $10 on its own, and I didnt even get what I ordered. Absolutely ridiculous.

EVERY TIME!!! The people working here get your order WRONG. Today ordered two PRIME RIB burgers only to find one sad slice of prime rib on it.....and then no caramelized (grilled) onions. Instead they put HANDFULLS OF RAW CHOPPED ONIONS instead. Problem is i didn't order the ONION Burger. $15 wasted on non edible food. Glad i kept the receipt and sent my issues to the head office. VERY GROSS

Terrible experience with the staff. I went through the drive thru and kept calling, nobody answered when I clearly saw 2 associates through the window cleaning (ignoring the ring) so my husband and I decided to walk in. As we walked in I was still on the line while it rang and I asked the associate why she ignored the ringing since clearly she wasn't doing anything and I just confirmed that the phone worked. I explained to the associate that I was waiting for about 10 min before I decided to walk in and all she kept giving me were excuses. I asked to speak to a manager because I didn't like the aggressive manner she took upon me while I was calmly explaining that I was waiting and witnessed my calls being ignored. Very rude and unprofessional establishment. I already let my friends and family know how unprofessional and rude this location is. Never again.
