This establishment should provide masks if they are going to require you to wear them in order to enter, employees do not wash hands after handling debit cards and money or in between severing customers. IF we as customers are required to wear a mask then they should not be able to handle items then help another customer. Will never come to this store again. Very sad!!!

This ice cream is terribly overpriced, I cannot believe people spend their money on a place like this but to each their own, right?

I went here july 14 2021 around 2 pm. there were 4 ladies at the counter and 2 helped me out. one of them (big lady) has the ugliest personality. cant even get my order right and does not communicate. all in all this is bu far my worst cold stone experience. I hope this employee gets replaced

I love this specific location. I always get their 🍌 split. Two scoops of vanilla light and one chocolate scoop with layered chopped peanuts, hot fudge and whipped cream. Extra fudge and whipped cream too. It's the best!!!! The price is not bad either. My pleasure 🥰

Mi esposa completely loves this place. I always get the strawberry 🍓 with the gram crackers ice cream lol. It’s amazing. We tend to go here a few times a month.
The staff is always smiling and super helpful even when they are extremely busy at times. I recommend going here as long as you don’t do what we do and that’s: love it so much that we eat it outside even when it’s cold 🤷🏾♂️😂

Went to treat a friend that had NEVER been. We went inside with mask on. He looked at the 2 workers behind the counter and said "no thank you I don't want to eat ANYTHING from here!" Girl #1 was scooping ice cream had no gloves on mask on. girl #2 was working the cash register left there didn't wash her hands or put on any gloves and began scooping ice cream out for the next customer. she was wearing a mask but only covering her mouth. We turned and walked out. I most likely won't go back to this location.
