Review Mcdonald's - Dowagiac

Used the mobile app to order, went in to use the bathroom and when I came out my order was coming right up. The bathroom was very nice, all tile, and just re-done; It was very clean. Easy access and quick in and out. I can reasonably recommend this location, though the parking/drive through situation is a bit tight.

My sister and I spent the whole spring and summer searching several different McDonald's locations for Frappes. Probably 90% of the time we came up empty handed! Our bubble was burst and we were seriously let down. We both love Frappes' and we never got to partake in the Oreo frappe campaign either which was supposed to begin in April or May. On one of our rarer visits when we did get our frappes' the gentleman working informed us about the Oreo Frappes 'campaign that was never to be! At least not for us! We've just about put an end to our searching and to be honest it's been very exhausting! ~Deflated in MI

Drive thru was very fast and efficient. Food was hot and about par on taste. Good job to this McDonald's

I guess long waiting is the new normal but surprising i didn't have to wait very long granted i only got 3 things.

I just went to this McDonald's for the first time in a long time. I was helped by Hawke, and he was the sweetest guy I have ever met. He asked if I wanted a drink carrier and he also gave me a bigger bag to carry the food I ordered. He deserves some major props for being so kind.

This McDonald's location isn't bad. The food here is decent. The workers here do pretty good for most part. Way better than the one in Niles.

1 st drive-thru lane was broken no one told us. Had to wait for the lady behind me to back up to move to the outer lane. So 3 cars went before I got waited on even when I order on the app.

It's a typical fast food restaurant, good food for what I pay for.

The morning crew is so nice and always on top of it! I love the breakfast as well.

I ordered on their app for my niece and her burger was exactly as she wanted it but they forgot her fries. We did go back and they did correct the mistake.

This store has really got it together! The food was good the food was fast in the food was hot! Good job to keep it up guys!

I went through the drive thru and ordered two large fries. I instantly took a picture while still in the parking lot to bring in later the fries weren’t even poking out the top of the box only half full. I paid for a large not a small. And it happens everytime I order a large. However the few fries I got were nice and hot

Went through the drive-thru just now and ordered a medium iced coffee with light sugar....i order it daily at my local place so I know what should be coming. Anyhow they hand me a small iced coffee black with barely any ice. I ask for cream, the lady mutters she thought I didn't want it and then hands it back. I ask if this is a medium (it's not) and she says yes. Lying is a no-go for me. 1 star folks.

‪The mobile app for McDonald’s is not working at this store even though they have a flashing sign outside that said they have it. My credit card was changed for the meal twice and after waiting a few minutes I went inside to find out why I wasn’t getting my food. They told the mobile ordering has not worked for a week. And they wanted to charge my again to order. So I ended up with no food and card charged twice. The employees said they could not do anything about it. If mobile ordering doesn’t work there they should take the sign down.‬

Coffee and an orange cranberry muffin are the best!

At 5AM, had to wait 10 minutes in drive thru because they didn't want to park anyone. I called them while in line, asked"What's the holdup in drive thru?" They said "We're waiting on sausage." I said "Park it!" They said "Oh I forgot Could do that." Really??? Not to mention the shortage of pop you get in drive thru. They don't fill it to the fill line. Then when you ask them to fill it to the line, they won't. They say "That's what the automatic dispenser put in." I keep asking them to get it recalibrated, but they haven't yet. It's been over 2 months now. Also, I keep getting expired pies. Then attitude when I return them. Hmmm.

Your drive thru is the slowest in the area, 18 minutes at 2:00 pm on 12/26/12. It is sad
