Strafford Farms Restaurant

Service was good at the beginning. Then went down hill. Waiter had a hard time getting our orders right. First writing stuff down. Then came back with pad. Reasked our orders. 2 of us got our meals. Our friend's meal was not get put in. Had to wait. No discount for her. Just sorry. I won't be going back. Had better food, too.

Stopped because we were craving soft serve, wish we hadn't. Waited for quite a while, though there was essentially no line. Got one mixed flavor twist soft serve and one traditional twist soft serve. The regular vanilla tastes like frozen Cool Whip and is absolutely disgusting. It's not creamy and didn't even melt when dumped into my sink (with water splashing on it). Won't be back.

What a nightmare! Decided to try it for Easter Brunch. Took a little over an hour just for our drink order then came back like 20 minutes later for a food orders. After 2 hours, went to hostess stand where the hostess and a person who appeared to be the manager, ignored us at first then finally came over and we asked for dinner rolls. 3 hours later and still waiting for our meal and about to walk out! Manager and staff were not pleasant and unapologetic, will never come back. Understand it’s a holiday and busy but this service was ridiculous met by an apologetic staff. Think we only have seen the waitress 3 times in 3 hours and largely because we had to hunt her down. Finally gave up and walked out! Never will we be back!

Awful experience at what was once a family favorite location. With a reservation for a large party placed weeks in advance, we still waited nearly an hour after being sat before our server took our food order. Another hour passed before refills of drinks and rolls were served. On multiple occasions when we approached the front desk for assistance the host(s) and managers simply walked away and ignored us. The food never arrived. After 2.5 hours we informed the staff we were leaving. Numerous parties walked out in addition to ours. And with any staff issues or kitchen chaos aside, the fact that the server never communicated with us on the situation made the entire experience horrendous. Quality of service and communication was absolutely horrible.

Karen the hostess greeted me with a smile and showed me to my seat. Breakfast was fantastic, even though it was busy. Kaz was very polite and quick. I didn't have to wait long for my meal. Morgan stopped by to fill my coffee. Lunch was very good to. There is always have a small crowd all day. Stop by and see the new look and friendly service.

Food was good. I had the apricot glazed chicken, a January special, with a baked potato and squash. Carrot cake and coffee for dessert. I like that you are able to order portion size on a number of their menu items, included dessert. I liked the inside, nice interior and my booth seat was comfortable. Wifi available. I had a short wait for food. I was given a bread roll, which was ok. Mellow pop/rock music played over speakers. My only issue was service. I was warmly greeted by a young woman at the front and seated right away. My server was a different story. I was wondering if I did something to anger her. I was polite the time I was there, saying please and thank you. One time she was brusque, others she seemed friendly. I was checked on often. If I am in the area, I will stop by and try their ice-cream.
