Pizza Hut

I went to go pickup pizza and wings tonight and I was waiting to be attended to for about 5 minutes while employees were walking past me and the other lady who was also waiting. None of them bothered to ask us what we needed or to even let us know we would be helped shortly. After a while, a worker finally came to help us. As for the food, the wings barely had any sauce and were hard, and the pizza hard and chewy as well. Too expensive for the horrible quality. Never coming to this establishment again.

Great, attentive service! For several years we have avoided the Dover Pizza Hut following a bad experience. I have to say, I'm loving the friendly service and good food! Our server was fantastic--every bit as good as you'd expect in a fine dining experience! Keep those coupons coming, and we'll be back for more!

Ordered online and they made the wrong pizza. When I went to pick the pizza up I told the man it was incorrect he said "No problem" and took my correct order then charged my card. I waited another 17 minutes for the food to get done, he called me up and said: "what did you order?". I repeated my order, and he then said: "sorry we don't have the order." AGAIN HE TOOK MY ORDER THEN CHARGED MY CARD. I explained to him HE TOOK MY ORDER 17 MINUTES AGO. The manager stared at me my entire wait, and when I was told they didn't have my order, she didn't bother to apologize. Instead, she continued staring at me. Thirty-five minutes go by, and my order is finally ready except it still was not correct. I told the manager this is unacceptable and she walked away while I was in mid-sentence. I asked her what her name was because I'll tell corporate my problems and she explained she did not care. I am so mad that I spent my money here and waited so long for a cold pizza. Plus, there was piss all over the floor in the women's bathroom, and it reeked of cigarettes! The guy making the pizza never washed his hands after touching all over the computer. The manager walked around on her phone and computer then going back to help with pizzas.I was there for 40 minutes and they still did not wash them. Don't waste your time going here... Dominos down the road provides excellent service & gets it right the first time!!!!

Very poor management. The young lady that took care of me was great. She was very polite. The manager however was extremely rude to me after telling me twice they forgot to put my food in causing a 45 minute wait instead of 15 minutes. I asked for my money back and she offered me to wait for my food and asked if I wanted a gift certificate for my next order. She rolled her eyes and walked away. The sweet young lady came and gave me my money back and my pizza. I cut my losses for the rest of my food and I left. They treat their employees wrongly and it spreads into how they treat their customers.

I can't believe there are so many bad reviews. I've never had any complaints. Possibly because I always order using the Pizza Hut app. Even when the app gives me an ETA it's awesome that they've always made it on time and on one occasion they were a few minutes early. Give them a second chance. "Try using the app next time". 😀
