Meryem's Four Seasons Pizza

I normally don't have a problem with my service at Meryem's Four Season Pizza, however the evening of 1/08/ 2012 was the worst service I have ever received. I placed my order at 6:17pm, I arrived at 6:36pm, called again at 6:56pm to find out why they haven't come out, and finally received my large cheese steak and french fries at 7:09pm. This was the longest I have ever had to wait. I got my cheese steak home to find it had onions and mushrooms on it. I didn't request them. Very poor service.

Had a great order from here the other day, it was very good food and very hot. I ordered and they said it would take about 45 minutes which is not bad but it got here in about 30 so I was happy to have it quicker then I expected. Everyone was friendly that I talked to from the person on the phone Friday around 2pm to the driver. I would highly recommend to eat here

If I could give zero stars for horrible customer service I would. I ordered food through the online service that they offer. I checked my email and there was the verification and receipt of my order a few minutes later. 45 minutes later I tapped on the link in the email to check the status of the food as I was hoping it would be coming soon since it was estimated 40-50 minutes u til delivery when I placed the order and had hungry kiddos waiting. The link sends me to a screen in my browser which read “ORDER CANCELED” without an explanation. They didn’t have the COURTESY to make a 20 second phone call, follow up email or anything! Just canceled without any notification. I called to ask what the issue was and was told “you are outside of our delivery radius so we canceled it.” NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY EITHER! Of note, they are only 6.6 miles away! It’s not like I am 20 miles away. A simple call would have sufficed and they could’ve probably saved the order because I would’ve gone to pick it up from them. I have used them for delivery at my office previously and ordered take out as well numerous times but now we will never order from them again.
