A fantastic family run ice cream stand with a large selection of homemade soft/hard ice cream, cakes, milkshakes, specialties... Nice shop, several flavors of ice creams. Only downside, it’s a cash only business and being a first timer, I didn’t know that and had to go get some cash before I could make a purchase. I guess it’s time to get a credit card machine and let people decide if they want to pay by card or cash
Great and affordable place to try ice creams and milkshakes. Their banana split and banana milk are really amazing and I strongly recommend and suggest stopping by here on route 46

As predicted, a beautiful sunny warm day and this place has a huge line out the door. It moves quickly. The girls at the counter really hustle. The ice cream is awesome and prices are very reasonable.
Just moved in the area and happy to have found a dairy maid with fresh, quality iced. I enjoy their smoothies, but they do offer sherbet, cake & ices.
My family and I love their hard and soft serve Ice cream. The shakes and cakes are the highest quality! My wife used to work here. This is a family owned and operated business, and a staple of the community.

Cash only! This place is great though. Pull off 46 and park on the other side in the small lot across the street. Expect a bit of a line. It will take you a while to decide anyway. I switch it up every time and have never been disappointed.

The best ice cream HANDS DOWN! Denville dairy ain’t got nothing on Dover dairy maid! My husband is absolutely obsessed with their vanilla soft serve. He tried Denville dairy and it doesn’t even compare. As for me, I love it all. Their hard ice cream is great, especially the vanilla black cherry. Wow
There was a line out of the door when we got here so this is clearly a popular spot in the area. The staff was really friendly and the ice cream was really good.
