I am a BIG fan of this place. You have a large selection of sweet, salty, a combo of both and everything in between. The staff is so pleasant, owner is typically present and hardly ever wait longer than 2-3 minutes. For the past two years, I have purchased popcorn from The Popcorn Depot as Christmas presents for my family. They are always impressed. Stumbled across this place the other day and figured I'd try them out. I'm obsessed with popcorn especially spicy or hotter flavors. They have a great a selection of flavors to choose from, I got jalapeño cheddar and hot cheddar. Man this was the BEST popcorn I've had in a min! Literally up waiting for them to open up today so I can go back and buy one of the gallon tins.
I am new to the area and had been looking for a place that sold Gourmet Popcorn. I’d had been ordering Garett’s popcorn online... spending nearly $50. Anyway, I came across this location online, and after reading many of the reviews, I decided to visit. I wasn’t impressed with the inside and started to wonder if the reviews were fake... I was about to leave, but a friendly gentleman greeted me. I told him this was my first visit, so he walked me through the prices, some of the flavors, etc. To sum everything up, the popcorn is delicious! The positive reviews are real. I will be coming back. Great popcorn and great service!!!!
First time visitor, long time fan! Drove over an hour to visit the store because I was introduced to the Windy City popcorn more than 3 years ago... And I still talked about it. 🤣
Called ahead and verified they had it. When we arrived, Tony had made an extra batch to make sure there would be enough there when we finally made it in.
He also allowed us to sample plenty of flavors, so we left with more than we intended.
Excellent popcorn, excellent customer service. We would make the drive again!
I feel bad for anyone who hasn't been here yet. This is the best gourmet flavored popcorn spot I've ever been to! And Tony! Whew, Tony's customer service was on point. We came twice in one week while we were in town visiting. I can get popcorn anywhere but not like this. You can really taste the craftsmanship in the popcorn and can tell they don't just put out dead lifeless popcorn. Tony gave us the rundown and science of making it and there's more that goes into it than you think. If you're smart, you'll try the blueberry muffin popcorn. That one is holy. Thank you Tony! They are able to ship popcorn to you fresh if you're far away.
I found this place on google and it was the best choice I ever made. If you have not visited this place yet, what are you waiting for. Gourmet popcorn at its finest every flavor is exactly what you expect good popcorn to taste like. The staff is extremely respectful the place is always clean. And worth it for the price.. run don’t walk and get you some honey!!
OMG, I'm a sucker for some good popcorn 🍿... So many flavors to choose from. Sweet to savory. Prices are reasonable. Customer service was great, popcorn was finger licking. I'LL BE BACK😜
