Panna New Latino Food Doral

I used to like Panna a few years ago 2015-2018. The food was excellent before and was worth spending money for. It wasn’t until I ordered salads that some ingredients were missing from the food. Last night, will be the last time I will return to this franchise. The quality of the food and the service was awful. I should have known after seeing only two bodies in this restaurant. There is a hotel next to this business and they did not even have customers from the hotel eating at their restaurant. Last night, I ordered a steak patacon, burger, a hot dog, and an empanada: It was 52$ for this two person dinner. You would think spending that amount of money you would get fresh food. The food came out cold and the coleslaw looked like it has been sitting out for a week. I do not recommend eating here ever again. If this restaurant wants to have a 5 star rating they really need to work on their customer service and the quality of the food that is produced in their kitchen. If you truly believe that this restaurant is five stars it is not. They have a lot of work to do. Even after ordering our cup of water, the host was late passing it out. I have experience in the food industry and work with a lot of local businesses so I truly know what’s worth 52$ and what is not.

Daniela was great!!!! I had been coming in for the same order for several days and she remembered my order...even when I would leave off the beef empanada :-). She has made our visit to Doral (Miami) very pleasant with her smile and pleasant demeanor. Plus the food is excellently prepared. I will definitely ome back before traveling back home.

the catering service is THE BEST !!! (mini arepas, tequeños, mini cachitos cachapas, salsas verde, nata criolla, cafe) make my order was easy and people over the phone super helpful. The delivery perfect timing as I was requested. THANK YOU, you guys make my weekend my venezuelan wedding costumer love it

Pictured first is an Arepa Rellena, which is a classic Venezuelan food that will satisfy both vegetarians and omnivores.
