Boston Market, 8070 NW 36th St, Miami, FL 33166. Worst ever. Was served old stale food. Grey chicken and mushy mac and cheese. You can tell it's at least 2 day old left overs. I got sick after a couple of bites. Wish I could post a pic. If you know how let me know.

Quite possibly the worst restaurant in Doral! I went there before and it was amazing. I went there again and was overcharged. I called they would not pick up then hing up on me. I went there at 30 after opening doors were locked, nobody taking orders in the drive through. I asked an employee walking in if there were open and just got a nasty look. Finally this is what they call meatloaf with gravy. What a dump.

The lady taking our order was very rude and disrespectful. We had to repeat our order multiple times because she was sayings things and people were screaming in the background. They also only had one protein which most people do not like and should have a variety of foods. After this happened i searched this location and realized how many bad reviews they have, so dont waste your time going to this place

To pick up your thanksgiving dinner is this site Never ever again!!! I always do it in Cutler Ridge and they never fail ….. Here in 8070 NW Doral The staff was fighting during the whole process with the customers and amongst themselves. It took me 1 hour after the pick up time to get my order ready. The place was a disaster …the covers from the containers were on the floor. I had to pick it up from the floor and placed them inside a box . The guy who looked to be the manager was so tired and frustrated with the personnel’s behavior. The two ladies preparing the thanksgiving orders were out of control… I feel bad for one lady that left without a family meal due to these two not willing to help her ….one thing I have to say if you don’t like your job leave!!!! Don’t give customers your disgusting attitude and energy because you are frustrated…

I really wish there was a NEGATIVE NUMBER THAT YOU COULD RATE A RESTAURANT!
First off, this store only does online orders. So, I parked, place my order and waited. Another car came and we both waited. They got out. I rolled my window down after noticing she was not given food.
Long story short, no food and no money back! I placed a Seventy dollar order for the family and they were unable to return my money. Told that the general manager who will come in tomorrow will refund me however they need the last 4 numbers of my credit card.
I am so upset with this company because it was the last out of 3 stores I had traveled too. Sorry! Just Sorry!!!!!

Employees don’t seem to want to work, we were not greeted when we arrived nor addressed when we left.
When I asked for red sauce for my meatloaf, I overheard a female employee tell the young male employee that it was “in the back” then the young male employee told me, “there wasn’t any more.”
As I’m eating in the dining room an elderly couple was literally stopped at the door, not allowed to enter, only to be told “drive-thru only” again by the young male employee. They left. He then proceeded to lock the doors. Literally two minutes later a group of what appeared to be family or friends were allowed to enter.
When another couple tried to enter, they were also told drive-thru only.” Just like the first couple, they left without ordering.
All this was happening as the group all sat in the dining room entertaining themselves while eating. This happened today Saturday at 6:30 pm at the Boston Market in Doral, FL.

Waited at drive thru only car in line for about 5 minutes in the rain with 2 kids in the car . Had to get down to find out there are 3 employees slothing around not One said hello and between the 3 fought basically played Rock Paper Scissors to see who took my order 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ With employees like this Boston market is going down fast ! I’m a BOSTON MARKET FAN SINCE I WAS YOUNG . I don’t know who the owner is but apparently after reading all these bad reviews he or she don’t care either . IF you do read these and do care , feel free to reach out to me I’m a local restaurant owner and would take a chance at turning that place around 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
