Save your headache and money!! Go somewhere else!! I waited 15 minutes in drive thru before the line started moving at a snail pace. 27 minutes total spent in drive through. Like seriously?? And then I paid $6 for an impossible whopper only ketchup, just to open up sandwich and there is a big slice of cheese on the burger. So I take off the cheese just so I don’t have to go back in line. Take a bite and it’s cold. Taste like it was cooked 6 hours ago. I will never go to this location again. What a shame. I wonder how long it will take them to go out of business like most of the burger kings around.

Ordered 3 Bacon King. Ate 1 before work and then threw the other 2 in the garage at break time. It wasn’t right, made my stomach uneasy. I don’t have anything to eat for break. This is the last Burger King I ever order. I want a refund.

I’m visiting from another state this was a horrible experience. First they had the dine in door locked. So I had to walk thru the drive thru. Second when I get to drive thru no one answered so I had to
Walk to window to order. Third my order was totally wrong. The bread didn’t even get toasted or grilled. Whatever they suppose to do to it. I asked for no onions she gave me extra. My sister order was totally wrong as well. She asked for double meat whopper they only gave her 1. I was trying to do the survey online but the receipt don’t even have the store number. I will never come back to this Burger King again. I hate I had to give 1 star.

In disbelief how inattentive and careless the employees are. In multiple occasions, i have been sitting in the drive through for 30 to 40 plus minutes with just 5 to 6 cars in the drive through. I usually give multiple chances, i understand sometimes companies are short or understaffed or just having a bad day, but to see the same behaviors over multiple visits just proves that its just bad service at that point.unfortunately will not go anymore. Didnt get to have lunch on two of my breaks. Hopefully they get a better operations manager.

The cashier was really nice and helpful
The food tasted fresh and delicious, and we even got an extra French toast stick since they knew we were sharing(5 piece) and an extra syrup container :)

Online posted the location is close at 11pm i came in at 9:50pm. The door is close. I went to ask them if they can sell me a burger they said they cant. I did check the clock with the manager. Her clock is 4 mins faster the T mobile cell phone. Would like to let the burgerking knows your door cloes early.

I arrived 10:22am at drive-thru for breakfast and the breakfast menu is displayed. I order, they say we're on lunch. I inquire on 10:30am being the end time. I'm told no breakfast, sorry. The lunch menu is not displayed and all I could do is reverse and leave.

It’s 4:30pm Monday and they decided to close. They can’t just arbitrarily close a franchise business for the day. I feel they don’t value my time. I feel they don’t care for my business. What is happening with the BKs in Miami? In the last 6 months I have had the same bad experienced in other locations. Are the BK franchises not being controlled by corporate?
