The food is Authentic Columbian food. It was very good. The service was excellent. Today I looked at my receipt which was a day later and noticed that this restaurant automatically adds the tip. We were a party of only 2 people. Not expecting this I wasn't paying attention and tipped again at 18%. My total tip was almost half of my bill. Be careful and review your receipt before paying. I am not happy about this at all. I will probably not go back.

We come here often but after the service we received today, I don't think I am coming back. The server did not get our order correct, I have never have had to ask for the salad that comes with the entree. He only gave us two sets of utensils and there was three of us, never brought the spoon for the beans or sauce so I had to use my fork. My daughters breaded chicken was burnt. Never came back to ask us if everything was okay. Another server finally assisted us and gave us the bill which was incorrect and we were over charged. Very diasppointing and not the service I am accustomed to. I don't mind paying for good food and good service but this unacceptable.

I made an order through their webpage and arrived at the suggested time just to find that the order was not ready. And I understand mistakes happen but the attitude of the person attending was horrible total uninterested by the issue and no willing to apologize or offer any kind of compensation for the mistake. The dish required 30 min to prepare (one of the reasons I order in advance) so I had to wait until it was cooked without being offered not even water. I know hiring is hard right now but your servers are damaging your restaurant. Even though I like the food here I don't think I'll be coming back in a while.

DONT hesitate, just go right now!! I got to my hotel and immediately ordered! I have been to this restaurant every time I make the trip to Miami, for 3 years, even during the pandemic, the food has been phenomenal! I wish I could share pictures of my meal but I ate it soo fast! Thank you for continuing to make great food, you can feel the love in their cooking! The rio manzanares (pineapple chicken and a giant plantain) ,chicharrones, and the guacamole! Delicioso

40 min and we didn't even get an our fried Yuka appetizer. We walked in and there were 2 people in the restaurant and they were served. We expected we would be severed our lunch fast. After 4 more tables walked in after us and they got their food something was wrong. Bad service. This is why you don't include a tip.
