1st review: You guys need to hurry up. I only get 30 minutes for my lunch, and 23 of them are spent in your drive-through….And they always skimp me on the sauce…I ask for 6 they give me 2.

I ordered a steak crunchwrap and it was like 90% of my crunchwrap was just lettuce and tomato with a very little bit of meat in one corner not even centered
About a teaspoon of meat and cheese, a couple of TEASPOONS of lettuce......Ordered 20 crunchy tacos, got 5 packets of sauce, had to pull over and run in for more sauce... Been to several Taco bells and DIXON IL Taco Bell is horrible....too busy talking on their cell phones or friends inside!!!! D
We needed to place several seperate orders for people in the same car so we all used our apps which really speeds up the ordering process. The food was made fresh and tasted just as Taco Bell should. Our orders were all correct and made with little wait even though we customized over half the order.
I don't know why they say their hours they they close at 12 when clearly they lose all functionality after 10 p.m. waiting up to 10 minutes just to tell you what I want to order and then being stuck in your drive-thru without having the option to drive away
I waited in the drive thru for 30 to 45 minutes no apologies or anything smh most I ever waited in a drive thru... I couldn't leave because I was stuck there
