Let’s get right into it. This place really need some kind of help!!!!! It’s crazy how much the staff plays yells ignores the guest and just party! The two mangers that were on duty are just a Okay with the games and the shenanigans. Listen this place is sooooooo HOOD that they put the H in hood🥴 I know the owner is losing money cause baby . This is the most unwelcoming place ever! Food didn’t come out on time All of my food didn’t come out together Drinks are nasty

Celebrating my Divorce, my sons' 17th Birthday and Officiating a Wedding all within the same week. The Strawberry Henny was exactly what I needed. It was good & strong, I had to put the glass down. Food was great. Ribs cooked tender and juicy. My Hostess was professional and service was fast. Meal was called Bucket of Bones

I'm done with TGIF. Food is not good to me. My mother likes it so that is the only reason I went. Got the so called popular Mac and cheese bites for the appetizer and the "favorite" Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta. Didn't enjoy it but ate it. Mom got the Philly cheese egg rolls and the sirloin steak. She enjoyed both. The drinks though? Yes! Forgot what I ordered but it was good! Oh and the server was on point! They were short staffed but she was on it! No complaints with that. She deserved that tip!

I come from a big family i have 7 sisters we visited this location now despite the drinks where water down we didn’t complain the service was slow still didn’t complain until it was time for the check the server which i tip very well over charged me fine mistakes happen so i ask for it to be corrected she told my sister to pay me instead of fixing the simple issue i waited 3 weeks for a refund i believe was never even processed and had to call my bank to have the matter resolved i called and spoke to the very odd manager and she blame my banking i am also a manager as well at a different Establishment and the way she handled things I’ve never seen anything in that way very perplexing she wrote my card information down which was very off as well as my personal information then i had to report my card because it was some weird transactions going on but i had my card the only time i could think is when this odd manager wrote my information down so i would never recommend this place at all! Very rude and sketchy

I went to TGI Fridays with my family after a long day of moving. We got seated and told our waiter we wanted water in which it took 20 mins to get. I ordered the sizzling chicken and shrimp. I hate they took the food back so fast, I didn’t get to get a picture of what they brought me but the food wasn’t even sizzling, unsatisfactory. There weren’t any vegetables. After my food was taken by the manager, I was never asked if I wanted anything else to replace what I had. My brother ordered an Old Fashion drink, that came out with no cherry, too much syrup, and full of ice after asking for only two cubes. My sister asked for a shot of whiskey, and it had sour mix in it. The experience I had here tonight is unacceptable and very degrading for the TGI Fridays franchise. I definitely won’t be coming back to this spot! By the way, the manager name is Amie.

To go was hopping and with only one young lady handling all the orders...and she was excellent...she acknowledged everyone in a timely manner ( considering it was just her) and she had such a positive attitude. She was sure to have everyone check their orders and if anything was missing she rectified the order right away. My food was hot and on point.
