Red Robin Gormet Burgers

The wait time was so long and the amount of food we got was not worth the wait. In the picture the food there cost 17 ish dollars, the salmon was burnt and broccoli wasn't cooked all the way and it didn't even come with the salad it was supposedto come with. When asked why we were told "you didn't order a salad would you like to add it to the meal," they try to cover up their chappy food with the bottomless side. We ended up just going somewhere else to get more food.

I love their burgers and the fried pickle nickles! Absolutely mouth watering! The last three times I went (a different degrees of busy) the service was on the slow side. The first experience our waitress's friends were sat at the table across from us and she spent a good 15 minutes having a not so work appropriate conversation with them. She was very short with us when our food did come and our drink refill took forever to come out and it was a plain coke. I will dine there again no doubt, but don't go there for a quick meal, expect it to be at least an hour and a half to two hours.

Used to love coming here but my last visit was awful. Our waitress was good but other than that we weren't impressed. My burger came broke in half, overcooked, and had no flavor. We asked for more fries and for four of us we got this small basket and it took long enough that we would have been gone before getting another basket. The place could also use a good cleaning. I understand being short staffed right now but still.
