It was my first time in. I met some friends on a Friday night. The place was packed at 6:30. Rather than wait 20 minutes for a table inside, we sat outside. I had a coconut margarita and the cheese chile rellenos. Both were on par! I suppose since we were outside the wait staff didn't check up on us as much as if we were inside and not while we were eating our meal (glad we didn't need anything at that time). Overall, I would recommend San Lorenzo restaurant. The only downside sitting outside was that at another table someone was smoking cigarettes (felt like I was back in 1995!)

We come here whenever we visit with our family. We drive from Mesa AZ and were introduced to San Lorenzo when our daughter's family moved to TX. They serve flavorful food in a typical Mexican style. The service is impeccable and the staff is friendly. We enjoy it every time.

Tried this place on a whim...glad we did. Even though it was a Saturday night, we were seated within about 10-15 minutes. The staff was friendly and the service was pretty fast. Once seated, drink order was taken almost immediately and showed up within minutes. We ordered the shrimp cocktail which was around $10 and was big enough for two people. Entries showed up piping hot and we enjoyed it very much. If you want a reasonably priced meal this place is the way to go. Three beers, one margarita, appetizer and two entries was $65 including the tip. Definitely worth a try and I hear that breakfast there is good too. Thanks and keep up the good work. We'll definitely be back.

Even though The place was very crowded when we arrived we were seated and waited on very quickly. The beer was very cold and brought out with a frosty mug . The food was hot and fresh and served soon after we ordered. We will definitely be coming back here soon.

Go to for spanish coastal food. I had the grilled daily special wihich was a bed of grilled onions and peppers upon which sat grilled shrimp, grilled crab claws, broiled fish fillets and grilled scallops with a sides of white vegetable rice, grilled zucchini , squash and cauliflower with a ramekin of drawn butter. Mmmm.

This place is our main. I could eat here every day if my husband would allow it. The food is authentic, the service is just as amazing as the food. Our waiter their is so on it, that when I forget to order my drink with tajin he remembers for me. The enchiladas Al carbon with beef fajita and chille rellenos are the best I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten these in a few different states. This place is my most favorite.

This place was delicious! We just moved on this side of the freeway and it was our first time. Split fajitas and tried a house Margarita. 3$!! The salsa with the chips is warm!!! Which is my favorite. Fajitas weren't seasoned much but everything was very delicious. The flour tortillas were hot and fresh! Our food came out in 5 minutes and it was pretty busy. We will definitely be back! Can't wait to try more food! My son also loved it. He had a kids quesadilla.

This restaurant has some of the best cheese enchiladas in Houston. I had two tacos, 1 cheese enchilada, 1 tamale, 1 cheese chip with rice and beans for less than $11. They serve a red warm sauce with fresh onions on top that rates a 6 out of 10 but ask them for more spicy sauce and they will bring some fantastic spicy hot sauce 9 out of 10. Mix it with the warm red sauce and it brings it to a 10 out of 10. Fantastic restaurant. Prices are really good. Take compares to molina, Las haciendas, tia Maria's and margaritas in Richmond. These 4 restaurants are the best in the area for enchiladas

Great food it’s like gourmet Mexican food serving breakfast too, service is always good & friendly, full bar no beer on tap all bottled. We have eaten here for years, and the only thing that is an issue is no WiFi, and parking at times is saturated. We eat here a minimum of twice a month. Thanks for reading, clicking like is appreciated.

Had a X-Mas Party there. Staff was very pushy and not very good with communication. But food was really good.

LOVE their salsa, fajitas, fajita nachos, quesadillas, cheese enchiladas, margaritas on the rocks… EVERYTHING I’ve ever tried there is delicious.
