Since the announcement that Pizza Hit will close 500 of its restaurants, I thought a trip to the local Diamond Bar one is justified.
Despite the annoyance of being ask to pay for crushed red peppers, which i didnt do, the dou le pepperoni medium pizza I had was terrific. The pepperoni was not to salty. The cheese was tangy. The sauce and crust was slightly sweet which fed my sesire to eat more. I like pizzas that have some oiliness to them and this doesnt disappoint. And the crust was soft along the outer edge in the middle but still crispy on the outside. I ate four slices but was suppose to eat only 2. I loved it and had no complaints about the food quality. It did cost me $17 for the experience.

I’m done with ordering from these types of facilities. I got charged a service fee for ordering food? It wasn’t even a phone order, I walked into the place! No Parmesan cheese for my pizza or sauce for my wings. What the heck! The staff was nice, but he whole up charge for breathing is what made my food taste bad.

You might think that all pizza places are the same, especially chain franchises. Not true. I've been to the other local chains and it was unbelievable that they are franchise owned because it was horrible. I actually have a good friend that owns his own pizza place in Vegas so it's difficult for me to give props to any other even though he isn't local but this one was great. The service was really cool and I enjoyed chatting with the manager while waiting for my pizza that was delicious. The hot wings were in point also. I'm sure this will be my go-to from now on when I'm craving pizza.

Pizza Hut is one of my favorite pizza places. My kids love the pasta, and the stuffed crust is incredible. Their prices are a rip off unless you use one of their online deals, so make sure to order from their website, not calling in.

When I order a pizza for today, Wednesday on the App and it didn’t arrive. I called and someone said they don’t deliver till after 12pm. Told them I have the order number and they said, we don’t have your name. I have an order number. Get the app and the stores in sync and don’t promise things you can’t do. Worst thing is it was for cash, so I guess they can just act like they didn’t receive the order.

Great customer service. They got the toppings on my order wrong. I didn't notice until I was halfway home when it hit me to actually take a look what was inside the box. Upon discovery I drove back and as an apology they made me the correct pizza and refunded me for my trouble. I would come back, they treated me right.

We do not order from this location any more. Seemed like every time that we did there was some hassle to put up with. Being out of menu items, food arriving and much less appetizing than other times (under cooked, over, etc.), but what finally killed my patience? Getting our order wrong. I know, it happens, but here it happened often. and to make the situation even better, sometimes the person on the phone would argue with me when I called and told them that my order was wrong. I almost always ordered via the internet, there should have been no excuses for botched orders, and yet they argued when the website and my email still had the exact record of my order. No, that was when they pushed too hard. Try the dominoes or papa john's if you're in the area and want a pizza delivered. We've never had a single problem with either of them. There's at least a coupla indy pizza joints near-by, but we've yet to stop into any of them.

The last few times we ordered from here the food always arrived cold or not fresh. Best bet is for better quality is Rowland Heights or Chino Hills. This location always seems to get it wrong.
