Sushi Time

THIS RESTAURANT IS NOT SAFE FOR GLUTEN ALLERGY, INTOLERANCE, OR CELIAC I just got off the phone with this place, I specifically ordered the gluten free shrimp California roll and it came with crab stick in it. The owners argued with me through the poor front desk girl and told me that because I had eaten part of it, that they could not offer me any kind of refund even if I came in to show them that they had served me an item with gluten in it. I mentioned that I had celiac disease and they didn't budge. Overall shocking experience.

Sushi is halfway decent, but pricey for the portions given. Also, this place has a habit of closing early without notice, or any sort of sign. If you arrive any time within an hour and a half of closing, they will tell you that they are not taking orders, and their phones will go to voicemail, despite the open sign still being on and illuminated. A bit of a scummy practice. Do better.

Been here a couple times and the food is good. I was extremely disappointed when I walked in tonight at 7:30 and was told that they’re no longer serving food. Why put your closing time at 8pm on the website and have people drive all the way there, just to find out you’re not going to serve them. Never coming back just for that reason. Very unprofessional!

As a super fan of sushi, I can say this is the WORST experience I have ever had at a sushi restaurant. I would NEVER recommend anyone to try this place….what a disappointment. The rolls (which are my standard rainbow and dragon) were dry, rubbery, tiny, and just overall tasted TERRIBLE. I called the restaurant after getting the rolls home and was told that they couldn’t do anything to rectify the situation and didn’t understand why the food they served was unacceptable. They seemed annoyed and refused to help. It’s also important to note that this meal cost $70 too….this place is extremely expensive for the sushi they provide. I’ve had better rolls from Kroger. There was no apology given, no chance to exchange the rolls, etc. As someone that works in customer service I can say this experience was unbelievable and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere as well as telling others to avoid this place entirely.

I had ordered 4 different rolls for over $70! Did not realize my bill came to that much. Thought okay, for that expensive of a bill, must have great sushi and a good staff. Far from it. We opened the bag to find rolls that were barely even half the size of a Kroger roll. I even thought about breaking out a magnifying glass as it was so hard to find where they were on my plate. My fiancé stated that hers were dry and did not taste right. When we called on the phone, a younger man answered who had helped me and after explaining THOROUGHLY what the problem was said he went to his manager and could not understand what the problem was. We tried to work with them on rectifying our experience and they didn’t want to have any of it. You won’t be seeing any of my business. Plenty of better sushi around. Very disappointed with the experience had.
