Today marks the second time I ordered pizza and they felt they did not make my order as best they could, so they gave me the "bad" pizza AND a new one to replace it. The thing is, both times the "bad" pizzas were perfectly acceptable in my opinion. You can't beat that kind of customer service. And besides the great customer service, the food is really good too. We love the hearth baked pizzas and the fluffy bread sticks!

I order pizza from here about once a week. And recently had a problem with my order never being made but they fixed the problem and made my order and even delivered it. Than I order from there again and this time they made the pizza wrong. But this time I talked to a women and said she would have another pizza delivered for me and would comp me a pizza for another time. I understand we all make mistakes but the way each one was handled well keep me as a customer for life.

First time there and they offered us a free pizza. They made a 12 inch instead of 14 so they gave us both. We would have never know. I'm impressed by the honesty and the fact a few workers apologized for the wait. It was not even a wait. Great food and great service!

I like this place so much I deleted my original review just to make a new one with a pretty picture. They even took the time to read my side note on my order and add toppings to my cheese bread. Online ordering would not let me do so, but they saw my idea and made it happen with great success! This is my favorite spot to get pizza, they are consistent, and always friendly and the delivery fee is primo. I’m sure there’s plenty of nights you might want pizza but the same old pizza chain isn’t cutting it anymore, dial this place up, you’ll be glad you did!
I've been going to this place for just over a year. The pizza is 9 out of 10 times, really good. A few times, we had major quality issues, I tried writing and contacting the owners or manager, but nobody responded.
Seeing people hovering over the pizza without hairnets or hats is not a good scene or professional.
If they improve their health concerns, it'll be much better.
We do look forward to our Friday pizza nights.
This has become one of my family’s favorite pizza spots!! Initially we tried it for a quick dinner after Dewitt football games but it’s now it’s a must have at least once or twice a month. Their pizzas and breadsticks are amazing! The wings are ok, but much better the next day. And their Maddalenas salad is delicious!! I’m glad we found this gem!
Good experience. Ordered online arrived near estimated time. The pizza is good. The garlic bread sticks are PHENOMENAL. Also, the garlic butter sauce is amazing. My wife ordered garden salad and everything was extremely fresh. I will order again even if just to get those garlic breadsticks.

Tried this place today. Got wings which were nice size and great flavor. Also had two grinders. Steak n Cheese and Peppinos Special. Steak n cheese seemed like more bread then fillings but was good. Peppinos I have no complaints. Overall great prices and flavors. Especially getting big wings for less then anybody else is doing. And my brother says Sundays are half off wings. So I'll be back!
Probably the best pizza in the tri-county area. My husband and I decided to give Peppino's a try for the first time tonight. We were definitely impressed when we open and then speechless after the first bite. It was well worth the distance we drove to pick it up.
A must try in our book, we should of took a photo but couldn't wait to take the first bite.

Reason for 4 stars: on multiple occasions I have ordered hours ahead online an selected a pick up time. I arrive a around my pick up time and end up waiting 15 to 20 minutes past my pick up time to get my pizza.
Seems like one out of every 3-4 pizzas I order here does not have the correct toppings. Pizza itself is fine.
*Update 10/16/21 Not sure what changed but my pizzas are almost always correct now. This location makes an excellent thin crust and has great specials, especially on Mondays.
Only Grandma Leone' can top this Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo dish! The pizza is a very good original flavor! The Th. 3 topping 14" 10.99$ & 2 14" 2 topping 20$ M-Th specials are a good price. I received immediate apologies & noted compensation with one mixed up order. The young employees were quite professional & accommodating!
Great place for pizza, grinders, salads, cheesy bread, and pasta dishes! The lasagna is the best around! The Hawaiian pizza is excellent and the meatball grinder is very tasty!
Service is fast and friendly, although they do get very busy at times. The wait when they are super busy is usually no longer than 20 minutes.
I recommend this place for your lunch or dinner!
My favorite pizza place in town. My entire life I would only eat cheese pizza because I never liked anything else. I also do not like bacon. However, I have their chicken Alfredo pizza a try and it is now my favorite, I shockingly don't even mind the bacon that is on there. It is so good!!! Highly suggest giving this place a try if you haven't already, and definitely try out their specialty pizzas!
