There really is no substitute for Tubby’s Submarine. This location is my favorite even though it’s in the hood the food is fresh, hot & taste good. Whenever I’m Deep East I stop here and get a Steak & Cheese sub combo. This is my favorite and only fast food restaurant over there. Go ahead and Try it

FOUND 3 LONG HAIRS IN MY SANDWICH!!!! My husband got carry out from here and once we got home I unwrapped my Rueben and it was pre-sliced and when I grabbed a half I was about to take a bite when I saw a hair a long hair hanging so I then went to the other half and found 2 MORE HAIRS!!! I pulled up at 9pm today and called the inside before ordering, then the lady says there closed when there hours clearly post open till 10pm. I'm just saying that the hours posted should reflect current operating status so, that people don't burn their gas for nothing.

First time there I'd can tell the way they cook with love. Will be returning. Had a tubby steak and cheese with provolone. Good and hot and taste o so good.

I have always enjoyed this place. Nothing like a Steak n Cheese Sub and fries!
