6/19/22 8:30 a.m. cashier was rude. When I asked her to add one more sandwich to my meal, she hit her hand on counter and gave me facial gestures of irritation. I get to the next window and the manager had a smart mouth. Whatever happened to giving customers a good experience. When I pulled one of my sandwiches out of the bag, it was barely wrapped. The cheese was stuck at the bottom of the bag. I didn’t eat it, presentation is everything.😞

I don't understand this place. Do the employees get paid? They are certainly paid by the hour not by the work because I saw some in there but they didn't see me out here. Placing an order was excruciatingly painful. They seemed to pay more attention to each other than to the customers. I could hear them talking and laughing with each other and it seemed the only 4-letter word they didn't like was WORK. The food when I got is wasn't right and it was cold. I didn't even go back to complain. This location was convenient but it would have been worth it to drive to a McDonald's in the suburbs.

Had to go back 2 times because order wasn't right. Then they charged me twice for the same meal that they messed up in the first place. Attitude galore!!

Food was hot and fresh. Ate my 2 egg mcmuffins and a large coke no ice.
Bathrooms where clean and stocked with basic ( toilet paper, soap, and clean bathroom stall.

Screens don't work, menu not up, NOBODY spoke after we placed our order. Not a total, not a have a nice day,not even a smirk. And in reading reviews, I see a month the menu wasnt there either. People outside asking for money. Very ghetto, would not recommend.

There's a strong smell marijuana when you enter. Some staff are working and some are just talking loud and cursing on the floor (with kids present).

The quarter pounder is a thing of the past...A quarter of the pounder it used to be...very small...the filet of fish was more bread than fish...tartar sauce not sufficient to cover little piece of fish....Big Mac Is now....Lil Mac....That 2 for $6 deal is a rip off....Through with McDonald's forever...Won't be back

Yes it is, I was there this morning and attitudes of the managers are deplorable plus the service was lackluster, unfriendly. It seemed as I was bothering them with my requests. I will spend my money elsewhere. Loud and very unprofessional with a customer in the drive-thru�����

This is a horrible McDonald's. I waited 30 minutes for my meal for them to tell me they don't have what i ordered. Then have the audacity to say they DONT give refunds.

Extremely slow service. The manager was yelling and complaining about the people in the drive thru. There was not enough workers to handle the orders at the window. The machines didn't work properly and it took almost 25minutes for a Big Breakfast. Coney Island breakfast for me next time...�

I just left this location. Worst service ever! My grandson went inside because the drive thru line wasn't moving. Waited over 20 minutes for the order. He asked for a refund because we were late for his football game. The cashier told him no refunds. So you just going to take his money. I go in to talk to the rude manager. She said McDonald's doesn't give refunds. Little did I know she had already cussed my grandson out. I really don't appreciate the actions of the employees at this location. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. She better be glad I trying to be a good example to my young grandson. Something needs to be done about her.
