Restaurant refused to give me fries and drink for the combo. I even showed them the digital receipt and they stated that it wasn’t on their screen and they couldn’t give it to me. They went on to say “Oh, this happens everyday all the time. You just have to deal with it”. So, no manager has called a help desk to get this fixed? It’s your company’s app, it’s not like I used DoorDash or something.
This was absolutely horrible, terrible, trash customer service. I’ve never in my life shown a receipt for what I paid for and confirmed with the order number and then been denied my complete order. This store desperately needs staff retraining or a manager that actually gives at least a 10% effort.

The last time I was there. Part of my order was not the way I asked. No cream for my coffee, I was given sugar substitute instead of regular sugar. I asked for grape jelly and I didn't get anything. She said everything was in my bag and when I checked my bag, only my sandwiches were in the bag. I was too far away to go back.

This BK is at least better than the one on 6 Mile & Livernois. Better service and fresher food. But this time the lady acted incompetent and hard of hearing. Any other times this place isn't bad.

I can say negative stuff. I will reserve my comments. I will be doing a pop up visit before other actions will be taken. A clean floor and clean store makes all the difference. Staff is very kind

The 6 mile/ Schaefer location deserves the (Unsatisfactory Award) for serving Lukewarm food, with the most unappreciated customer spirit...
I have given up on Burger King, one of the BEST taste wise but it's NEVER HOT....Very disappointing... (F-)

My double whopper missing. Called management back to figure out. Was told by a lady, I remember putting a sandwich in. Then from far away I hear a young lady. I put the sandwich in. And then hanged up on me. She previously hanged up on me for no reason while yelling at some staff. Probably hanged up to get her story straight. So paid 4.24 for one large fry not fully filled with rancid fries barely warm. Please visit them again!!!!!🤣

Manager way extremely rude gave away my order to someone else and when I went back and made another order she was screaming at me made me feel very unwelcomed

Worst experience ever. They did not open on time, the breakfast wasn’t fresh and the cashier was rude. I waited for my food only to be told everything wasn’t available.
