It's OK.. it's fairly clean. you get your order as you like. you can eat there and they have a all you can drink dispenser.if you have saving coupons the experience gets sweeter😋

Very disgusting. Flies everywhere. Fly landed on my sandwich and the girl didn't notice. She was going to serve it to me. Very rude people. One person had an attitude saying there was no fly in there but I say a fly. I used to work in fast food customer is always right. I should not have been treated like that. I walked out and ended up not spending my money there. Hopefully thet get better employees. I used to go there to get sandwiches. Just don't think it's worth going. Many problems. They served bad vegtables. Many times I have seen it brown. Very dirty. Seen one person drop a knife act like the cleaned it and use it again.

It’s clean. But they’re so stingy with their veggie toppings. When I get my sub, I want you to load my sub up! I am a paying customer so stop putting 3 tomatoes on my 12 inch sub. I had to inform one of them that I wanted more veggies and she gave me attitude. She was pregnant so I digressed. But it’s a shame. This is Subway, not a dine in restaurant. Give people what they are paying for smh.

The customer service here is excellent! Everytime I visit this Subway I always get exactly what I asked for. They accept Subway coupons as well competitor coupons unlike like the Subway on Wyoming and Livernois that won't even accept their own coupons. I wish that more places had service like this.

Extremely amazing customer service the place is clean and the people are very kind. I'm never waiting for too long and they make sure I get whatever I want. Highly recommend this subway.

Good food but there was only one person that took our order 3 orders (2 subs 1soup) the server. All in all visit was beneficial.

Love this subway they have great customer service now on the other hand their other location on Michigan ave. Next to the dispensary customer service is terrible with nasty attitude!!!!!! This location has gained a new customer 🤗🤗
