I order a chili fries with cheese and I ask for my fries extra well done. They are not well done and the chili is missing for $4 this is really bad service. I called the number on the website and it goes to voice mail

Ordered 2 chili dogs with chili light onions and mustard a pulled pork sandwich and a order of chick tenders and a large fry. Received 1 chili dog with cheese no mustard a sloppy pulled pork sandwich that was luke warm chicken tenders that definitely weren't cooked all the way and the french fries weren't cooked all the way either to say im disappointed in the food is putting it mildly the young lady that took my order was very nice i think her name was Ariel

This was my favorite diary queen because the service is normally great, however after today I will not be returning. There was an extremely long line in the drive thru so I went in. I fully expected to wait. My issue was no one acknowledged me said we would be right with you nothing for almost 10 minutes they continued working as if I wasn't standing there . Not even a hello . Everyone had on gloves except one associate with long pink nails as I watched her make blizzards and shakes her nails kept going in the customers ice cream. Completely unsanitary . I walked out in disgust.

The guy working the drive through last night was incredibly rude and also messed up my order. I ordered a small strawberry shake and got a small strawberry blizzard. Didn’t feel like waiting another 10 mins for it to be remade so we just left.

This Dairy Queen is always crowded in the summer but I will say they move the line pretty quickly. Customer service is always good & things they serve are also.

Worst attitudes and customer service I've ever seen The white guy at the speaker needs to find another Job. I was excited bc we no longer have a dairy queen where I'm from hadn't had it in about 15 years. As soon as I got to the speaker and ordered an ice cream I was told to pull around and was rushed I said I'd like to add a few more items to my order please and got cut off he said we'll come back when you have your order together. I knew what i wanted but sir you rushed me and left the speaker....if you don't like your job there's no need to be rude rude paying customers Boones twisting your arm and holding a gun to your head to make you work there. A bad attitude can totally ruin someone's day. I just drove 10 hours and this was my first stop not a good look his employment needs to be terminated you can't walk around with a bad attitude projecting that on people who've done nothing to you. 30 minutes for bad attitude and sour icecream they weren't even busy 3 cars ahead of me

Out of everything no banana split makeings no shakes out of ingredients stick to local mom and pop ice cream joints a lot cheaper larger portions

We stopped! At the DQ to get a chili dog, I always order light mustard, when we finally got our food there was so much mustard on there you couldn't even eat them. We Won't be getting chili dogs from there anymore!
